As a special treat if visiting Calgary I would recommend this venue. It is pricey but the view, food and service are all top notch. You also get reduced rates for a tower visit before your meal.
We are visitors from Toronto. The view is absolutely awesome. We had brunch on Saturday. The food is delicious and the customer service is great! Felt very safe as certain social disancing among tables are maintained. Price is reasonable given the great view and food provided. Highly recommended.
I was looking to make two separate reservations to this restaurant. Sky360’s website is useless - the only way to book is online. You can’t call (line is now “text only”) and you cannot go in to speak to a human - they just tell you to go online! I was told can’t go and speak to a manager in the restaurant because I needed to have a reservation to get in the elevator! The stupid millennials they have working there don’t realize that some folk can’t / don’t use the internet. This should not be the only means available to make a reservation. Very disappointed by the customer service. I wasted 10 minutes of my life on a pointless, cyclical conversation so Sky360 has just lost out on revenue from 12 meals. I used to think this place was great. Such a shame their customer service let them down.
Excellent brunch. Great selection. However a major change: access to tower not part of restaurant visit for free. They wanted to charge extra to visit the Tower. I have been coming to the Tower for 15 years. I will certainly not come again. Prices are already high enough at the restaurant.
Had lunch here with a group of 35 and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and service. The Arctic char was excellent as was the prosciutto with edamame hummus. The service was top notch and request were quickly filled. The views as the restaurant rotated were lovely, giving us a panoramic experience. Definitely a good spot for lunch or dinner on a clear day.
We went for brunch at the Sky 360 and had the most memorable time and the food was excellent. We started with scones and honeysuckle jam and then our breakfast we served. Everything was so good and our waitress Manjk was awesome. She took good care of us and also told us about sights we could see from the tower. She also gave us a handwritten thank you card and wishing us a happy anniversary & safe travels across to Vancouver. We totally enjoyed having brunch at the Sky 360! Plus the view of Calgary was beautiful.
The ride to the restaurant is just part of the experience. The rotation is amazingly fun. The staff we’re able to cope with a large group of people. The lunch included a choice of appertizer and main. Great choices, covering most dietary needs. People seemed to enjoy most of the food.
Awesome views, nice atmosphere, very good service, food was great.We have a great evening, our waiter was very nice and kind. The prices are quite affordable. We are local and definitely going again.I wish the upper level was free when dining in the restaurant but well, we went up and enjoy the views.
The food and service were both excellent. It was my first experience here, and didn't really know what to expect. I did not anticipate so many families with children , but now I know where I can bring my niece for a truly special dining experience.
Great food and service, but you really pay a premium for the View! I definitely wouldn't pay $46 for the duck again. Also I was disappointed that they only gave me vanilla ice cream for dessert, after spending over $250 for our dinners. At least give a small piece of cheesecake or chocolate tart to enjoy! The lamb and the scallops were delicious, and the birthday card was a nice touch.
