Congrats on the new location very close to the previous one with better parking! I stopped by today to pick up some yummy pies and was excited to see FRESH PRODUCE ! With prices that were crazy cheap. Where else can I get big peppers at less than half the price of Costco!!!! Well done!
We have loved Simple Simon's pies for ages, they are truly quality pies. Please make note that despite their listings saying they are in the Calgary Farmers Market, they no longer are. They have an independent location now across the street.

These pies are FANTASTIC. The customer service at crossroads is great. I believe the older gentleman who works there is Simon himself. He is very sweet and hands out plenty of samples to choose from! Every pie I have tried - sweet and savoury, has been absolutely amazing. My favourites are the apple pie, Buffalo chicken pie, and the donair pie (which I do not see on the website). The soups are also good, however I have not tried enough of them to leave a review. The pies can seem a bit on the pricey side but I promise you that it is well worth it! Also, congrats on your new store across from the market!

When we lived in Calgary, we discovered Simon’s Pies. They are beyond Awesome ! Since moving back to Vancouver Island, we make it a ritual to go back to Calgary for dozens of frozen pies and bring them back home. Wish Simon would open up a place on the Island. ( Simon, if you are reading this, you know who we are). Cheers !
I can NOT say enough good things about this place, everyone is always SO friendly. We are from Chestermere, AB and we make a trip almost every weekend to the market to grab some of the delicious pies and such. Even my 3 year old asks to go here! 10/10, amazing!!
