I called 12times, no one answered,I called sun island which I know doesn’t open till 330 but thought why not try. I didn’t leave a VM but they called me back anyways and took my order and will have my order ready 1hr before they even open. Your restaurant is open, and can’t even pick up the phone. Annoying.
First time ordering today and I must say 'food sell off' it's really good. Loved the vegetables they were just perfectly done...not over cooked/soggy/cold- just perfect. The food was hot even though it was delivered so no need to microwave. Will be ordering again.
I ordered a rather large order from here for a family gathering of 10 people. My complete bill total was $233.22 plus i gave the delivery guy 10% There was 15 items ordered for this event. 4 items came with human hair fried in it....yuck.....plus plastic pieces from packaging.....the hair was gross that we actually had to throw out the 4 items. I called the restaurant and left a message to let them know. Along with my big food order...they advertise free delivery online...plus on their flyer..but they still charged me $4.00 in delivery fees...I tried to call again but very disappointed that i received no call backs nor did anyone reach out to me. This place was 3 min from my house. She assured me there was free delivery and even tho it was only $4 its the principle considering i tipped them $23 for delivering it. So needless to say....unfortunately the hair in 20% of the food that had to be thrown out did it for me. And no calls or acknowledgement is probably why I won't reorder from here. I order online for the first & last time from Silver City at 130th ave . I had heard excellent reviews so I stayed from my normal place. I have never in my life toss an entire meal in the garbage especially when Chinese food is expensive. The chow main was slimy & chicken looked under cooked, the spring rolls had too much what tasted like curry in them and the dumplings dough seem under cooked. The steam rice was the only item I could eat. This may have been a one of incident but unfortunately I just can't ever again.
This is the best Chinese food ever. They are consistently great on the size of their portions and quality. Quick service and friendly staff
First time ordering from here and I have to say, I am super impressed!! Food items were all delicious and very well flavoured! Delivery was fast and free! Will absolutely order again in the future and highly recommend!
Excellent, super fresh ingredients,. Packed really well and arrived hot. We were so happy to find a great Chinese restaurant close by. I would recommend to everyone.
We have been trying various new restaurants since Covid to try to spread the money to more businesses, this was a mistake. We received our order, it was old, dried out and clumped together, not edible. Very disappointed that we paid $60 for 4 items and not one of them was ok.
The restaurant itself doesn’t look like much, but the food is fantastic, big portions, properly priced, and with an excellent fast and kind service. It is definitely a place for me to keep coming back
