THE FOOD IS AMAZING.BEST Vietnamese food I have ever had.Great with allergies!Food came within 5 minutes, fresh and hot. Service is very friendly and nice. Just make sure if you are changing anything in the menu for allergies that you communicate well, as it’s hard for them to understand sometimes as there is a language barrier.
First time here I had the spicy pho he said it was very popular and I can see why it was absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious and the prices are also good for the quality. I would ask for double bean sprouts if I was going to come back. I don’t know if they would charge me for it.
We made reservations to celebrate our Mother's Birthday on July 10th as she had wanted to have Vietnamese cuisine for her special occasion. We had never never been to Sen before but our friends had and they highly recommended that we go and we are so happy that we did. We had a party of 10 people and everyone were absolutely ecstatic with the delicious food that arrived from Goi Coun, to Sweet Lemon Grass chicken Bun, to Pho Satay, to Banh Mi, and so on and on. The portions were large and the price was reasonable. Sen Vietnamese Restaurant is a Gem and we will be back for more of their absolutely delicious Vietnamese food. Kudos to everyone at the restaurant???
Hands down thee best place for gluten free Vietnamese!! ? Portions are big too. Worth the drive from Airdrie.
Finding gluten free food on the road can be a challenge, especially if you want something a bit different than the usual offerings and palates. As a celiac the experience was top notch. The service was very efficient, the flavours great. The gluten free sub was a very nice option to have, though the bun (I think it's the long Care brand sandwich bun) did fall apart a bit. Not the restaurant's fault, this happens with a nice juicy filling on any gluten free bun. Will definitely want to visit again when going through Calgary!
So delicious! Portion sizes are HUGE! Their gluten free springrolls were amazing too! Definitely will be back to order gluten free again!
I live in the NW, and have my go to Vietnamese restaurants. I would put SEN against my favourites! I had the iced coffee, a vermicelli bowl with lemon grass chicken and spring rolls. I quite liked the slow drip coffee, the strength and ratio of condensed milk to coffee was just right. The only critique I would have is 2 of the chicken pieces in the bowl were so large, I couldn’t fit them into my mouth in one bite (if that’s a critique?). I would certainly eat here again, and I would recommend to family and friends. Their service was so efficient, they didn’t even ask us if we wanted dessert! (This place is a well oiled machine!)
My wife, daughter and I went to eat lunch there today. We read all the great reviews and had to try it ourselves. We definitely were not disappointed. We ordered 4 different dishes and one of them being #39 soup. Best soup I have had for many years!! We will definitely be going back for more.
Haven't even left the restaurant yet and felt compelled to leave a glowing review! We tried a few different soups, chicken satay, chicken curry and my 10 year old had the chicken noodle. A+ all the way around!Great portion size, wonderful service and amazing flavors.My daughter even tried the spring rolls and Loved them! We will most definitely be back again soon.
Had a nice lunch here. Service was very attentive. The food was good. Would say the price points were exceptional compared to other places, a great value.
