There are 4 Ricky’s locations within 10 minutes of our home, we rotate to different ones for breakfast everyday. This morning we went to this location, ordered the Yukon big bite as we do every day. It came out with only half of a Bavarian sausage. I asked the first server for the other half, she said just a minute and never came back. Second server argued with me that is how it’s supposed to be. I told her that we order this everyday and the other 3 locations give us a whole sausage not half. She said for an additional charge she could bring me the other half. I told her she just lost us as customers and she didn’t care.
Nice and quiet resturant. Wait staff was curtious and pleasant. Food was good.
From the moment we walked in, it was smiles and courtesy all the way. We felt like royalty. From the hostess to our server, who stopped by frequently to make sure everything was going well to actually seeing we needed something before we needed to ask. It was a breath of fresh air to be served with such attention to detail. The food was hot and delicious. My Mom suffers with Dementia and needed to bring in her stuffed animals for comfort and everyone treated her and us as though it was nothing out of the ordinary. We love going out for brunch and have not tried Ricky's in many years. So glad we did. The only suggestion I would make is that with fresh fruit a plenty during these hot summer months the, fresh strawberries would have been the icing on the cake or the brioche French toast. All was overlooked though because of the service with a smile and then some.We are happy recipients today. Thank you ❤
Service was speedy and the server was phenomenal. Came in on my lunch break and was in and out in 30 minutes thanks to the great service. Love this restaurant!
Great food and service. We live closer to other Ricky’s but drive to this one specifically. Great for a family and young kids.
I was very impressed with our server, who was alone in the store but served everyone quickly and with a wonderful smile
We have not been to this location in a while the service is very slow the place was very very hot. We told a server it was hot her reaction was really. Like she was shocked we told her it was to hot and she was trying to force desert on us and she was not even our server. The food was okay but the hash browns did not come with what was described in the menu. The eggs did not even taste like real eggs at all. We will not be back so not waste your time or money going here.
The restaurant was clean however it was quite chilly sitting there waiting for your meal to come, which I feel took too long for two little orders. Got the wrong salad dressing and the soup in my opinion was chicken noodle and it sucked
Food is always good and the staff/ management are always nice. They go above and beyond.
The food was cold, there were 3 tables in the whole restaurant. Our order took almost 30 minutes for to show up and there were only 3 of us.
