Lauren and Krystal always greet me with a hello and how are you today! They are super friendly and so polite in every way!Coming in to for my UV treatments three times a week and they never miss saying hello! This clinic is by far the friendliest one I have been to! You all keep up the great work! ?
Had a great experience at Rejuvenation, welcoming staff and lovely atmosphere. My nurse was Hannah and she was a great comfort when I had nerves before an injection and overall displayed extremely empathetic and professional bedside manner. Definitely will return!
Kylie and Christine and Lisa were kind understanding. Kylie did a great job did not feel a thing when she toke out a little thing on my skin. Very small mark that is important. Made sure to answer my questions. And Kylie and Lisa helped me with some skin products. They had lots of knowledge. I was happy Kylie made sure she did the job correctly. Morgan is one the best esthetician I have ever come across. She takes the time to understand your skin and needs.She is very gentle in her approach. This is great especially when your skin needs that right attentionBe it peeling or facials, I enjoyed all services and my time at the appointment. I felt relaxed and came out looking beautiful and rejuvenated.I’m very impressed with her work and her attitude. She knows her stuff. Front staff are warm, welcoming, and helpful with filling out paperwork. Nurses are friendly, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient.Dr. Kim is professional, efficient and works you into his schedule to meet your needs.Dr. Martinka is kind, caring, respectful, observant, and thorough. He is an exceptional person and physician as demonstrated through his conduct. He speaks with you as a person and includes you in treatment plans. A person’s health is his top priority, is the team’s priority.
Such a lovely clinic!! There is an incredible atmosphere here, all thanks to the wonderful staff and their fabulous services. Specifically, Lauren and Krystal helped make an amazing experience. Krystal helped book me and she is so welcoming and helpful. Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. My skin feels and looks sooo amazing after just one service with her! There is also a great variety of high quality products there, and Lauren’s expertise was very appreciated in selecting the best products for my skin. I will definitely be back soon!!
I attend the Rejuvenation Dermatology South Location and over many months I have consistently received kind, efficient and professional care from Dr. Massie, Nurse Kassie as well as other staff including Jehan, Kat, Halla, Lindsay, Diane ( and others whom I have either not remembered or never known their names). I wish to acknowledge and say a heartfelt thanks as whether it is a Doctor’s appointment, UV Treatments, product inquiries, or just questions I have been well taken care of .
Dr. Fraser and nurse Chris have both treated me with such compassion and exemplary care during my visits to the clinic. Nurse Chris was very thorough in explaining to me in detail what to expect during my procedure and ensuring I was comfortable throughout my experience. Dr. Fraser was very warm and kind. They both created a very positive environment and I could not recommend them both enough.
I had a wonderful experience today at your clinic. I was met at the front desk by Michael who was very friendly, helpful and informative. He made me feel comfortable and confident before my appointment. I was greeted by a caring and knowledgable assistant named Casey who assessed my needs quickly and made me feel heard and at ease. Dr. Kuzel addressed all of my questions and was very professional and friendly. Overall my care today was exceptional and I look forward to returning for a follow up in the summer.Thank you!
It is always so nice to see Diane and Krystal at clinic everytime I visit. Both are so patient and kind towards all the clients. Morgan explains and refers the best products according to my skin type and Lauren is also very informative when it comes to products I need. Would highly recommend this place.
