I have my birthday celebration lunch with my lovely wife here today. We order the daily special for Thursday - dinner for two. It's a big feast for us. And our server Sabiha really make my day. We enjoy our time so much with good food and service. A big thank you! ?
Friendly service. Nice cozy atmosphere. The food was alright (this coming from someone who doesn't particularly like seafood (why did I go there then? Good question)). The 3 from the sea deal is actually very good, you get a soup/salad, starter and entree. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo. There was not enough sauce. Portion was huge though.
Food is superb! The only thing was the check-out process. The waitress threw the receipt in my plate when she saw the tip I wholeheartedly gave. She was upset that it was not 15-20% tip of the total bill. She walked-out without saying a word.I dined with my husband and two kids. I am wondering where on Earth the misbehaving was coming from. I believe she also get an hourly wage and earn tips on the side. Working in food industry is a noble job that you want guests have a wonderful time and experience something beautiful. I was treated with disrespect.I thought Covid taught us to be grateful for everything especially for keeping jobs and businesses running. If you work in other industries like healthcare, people there do not expect anything in return. No tips as well, no breaks even when it is super busy. I just failed to get the name of the food server that was not a good host yesterday. I hope she does not make other guests uncomfortable paying peeking how much tip they leave.
Staff super friendly, facilities little dated but I am there to eat food. The food was fabulous, was so full by the end. Really enjoyed my dish as it had a lot of things I wanted in it. Definitely recommend coming here for seafood.
I tried fish and chips, coconut shrimps and soup they all are so yummy. The taste is fabulous and the value for money. Its just 20 dollar deal. I will go again for coconut shrimp. In the end i want to mentioned the staff are friendly and helping.
We've never really seriously considered going to Red Lobster. I don't eat seafood and so it seemed silly to go there, right? Then one day I checked out the menu on Skip the Dishes, and realized there were many non-seafood dishes that looked good! I didn't order at that time, deciding that I'd like our first experience to be in person. Well, we went today for my birthday and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The servers were absolutely incredible. We might have given the biggest tip we have ever given. There were many great options for myself and my husband, who does enjoy some seafood dishes. It took a while to choose. We had mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, and they came out pretty quickly, then our entrées followed pretty soon after that. When we arrived, the waitress asked if we were celebrating anything special, and I told her it was my birthday. So at the end of our meal the wait staff came over with a candle in some ice cream and sang happy birthday to me. It was very kind! We will definitely be returning! My husband could not stop talking about that lobster the whole way home lol!

I love this place!! I used to work for them in Ontario and the NE location hit the mark. Excellent service, very clean and outstanding food. It was lobster fest (YUM) and I brought my family. We also met up with friends and their family.Such a wonderful experience and looking forward to our next visit!!
To be honest, the hostess who sat us was the only thing that was not good about our evening. Our server, I believe her name was Sasha, was amazing and very polite and very diligent. Had great food , I had steak and lobster and my wife had crab legs. Food was fantastic. Had an amazing night once we sat down.
Great service and food. Our waitress didn't interrupt us with a mouthful of food which is the first time that has happened in years. She was prompt, the food was timed properly, the steak was absolutely perfect and everything tasted extremely fresh. We are from out-of-town so we were really hoping that it would be a treat for us and we were not disappointed. We will definitely be going back on our next trip through Calgary.
