Rea's (formerly Sandro's) is one of our go-tos for Italian comfort food. It's a family-run restaurant and was one of very few places my Abruzzese father-in-law would eat out. As a result, it became the place for any kind of celebration. Over the years, we've introduced it to friends and family and keep going back. Expect consistency, good flavours and friendly faces. Reservations recommended.

We are normally very happy with our food and experience at Rea's. The staff are always so attentive and friendly. Yesterday, we came to the restaurant to celebrate a couple of birthdays. Overall our experience was good until I noticed a closed shelled clam in my meal. I opened up the shell and the clam was clearly raw in my bowl of pasta. I am pretty sure if the clam is closed, restaurants aren't suppose to serve it on the plate/bowl. I mentioned it to the waitress and she apologized but I was surprised nothing further was done about it.
Fabulous food! Usually this place is busy, bexause it's so good ! Great staff, family owned and run Italian restaurant. I will come back over and over again !
