Placed a catering order yesterday for butter chicken and fish pakora, the food as always was amazing and the quantity was also pretty good. Got good feedback from the guests, must try their food if you haven't yet.

It’s a decent place and good thing was the washrooms were maintained very well, which usually isn’t quite a common thing in Indian restaurants in Calgary.Ordered Vada, Mysore masala dosa and Onion Rava masala dosa.The portions are quite large and the taste was authentic. The dosas were very crispy served with Coconut chutney, Tomato-Ginger Chutney and Sambhar(Not sweet)I am not a big fan of Crispy dosa but it isn’t their fault as I didn’t mention it before to not make it crisp.So if you are in the area, and have a quick bite, this place does the job. It’s the best Indian restaurant in town. Friendly welcoming staff, yummy taste. mango lassi, Hakka noodle with Manchurian.
Small cosy place that serves the most fantastic South Indian food and probably the most authentic butter chicken you'll have in Calgary.
I visited many Indian restaurants before discovering the Raj (Harvest Hills) and for the price - they are pretty much unbeatable

Went to eat here the first time last week and the man that was serving us was amazing. It was our first time trying Indian cuisine and he really helped us out by explaining the menu to us and our options. Besides the service food was AMAZING and we just came back again today to try other things on the menu. Thank you for the great experience Raj Palace!
This place is clean , good service . Food is good . Set lunch is only $ 13.50 which is affordable. It comes with naan curry chicken and rice and dessert.I ordered the curry beef which is good only a little bit salty for me . The beef is a little tough .Everything is fine though . My daughter ordered the set lunch with curry chicken which is good ! The portion is good ??.
Raj palace has lost the taste. Sambhar was boiled daal with veggies, no spices or taste. Meat dish had no taste too. This was the Royal Oak location. Food is not even average, its just bad.
