Really lovely place to get a bite to eat. Went there for lunch and it wasn't too busy. Great large washroom with change table for babies. The food was fresh and delicious, the soups were great! There was lots of variety of things to choose from and delicious baked goods. All very reasonably priced - soup and sandwich for 13$. Their homemade lemonade was also great! Would recommend checking this place out if you are in the west hills area.
When you walk in, the ambiance is great, people are friendly, food looks awesome…. But, it just doesn’t deliver. I really wanted to love it, but just couldn’t. The bread was dry, the muffins don’t have a lot of flavour, and the coffee leaves a lot to be desired.
I raspberry honey tea I had was a wonderful taste. I ? the cookie on a stick. Thanks for a great stop.
I'm a regular lately. Coffe is good, baking is good (you can split the carrot cake 4 ways, it's huge and delicious). It's specialty is soup, but I haven't tried it yet. Must be 50 kinds.
Even more delicious than I remembered. The owner is a genius with soup flavors. The Date Square is the best I’ve ever had. Bring a friend and share it. It’s huge!
This is really great soup! And it would have to be if they have soup in their name :) I couldn’t decide what soup I wanted so the staff offered a taster of each which was really nice! The sandwich was amazing too. Such soft and fresh bread. This will be a lunchtime staple from now on. Customer for life.

Terrific Coffee. Savoury & delicious soups. Fresh, warm bread. Home style sandwiches that are tasty. Cozy atmosphere inside. Good sized patio outside. Honestly, this place is great! I’m so happy it came back (although in a different incarnation) after closing for a time.
Recently tried this kiosk at the Avenida Food Hall. Their carrot cake was DELICIOUS and so was their Tomato Basil soup. Plus, the icing on the cake (figuratively speaking), was a super friendly operator!
A gem! Great coffee, delicious soups and sandwiches. The cakes and bakes are to die for. Staff are always friendly. I keep coming back here eventhough I've moved away from SW.
