The chicken are tiny serving on this store and the service is worse, I order half original and half spicy total of 8pcs they put in the receipt half white and half dark chicken, I said I want spicy....they giving me a dark chicken which is not spicy and overcook and dry popeye always sale the dark meat chicken and that is not my order, this team member are horrible and crazy job that they doing. bad service
Cashier was friendly but got our entire order wrong. Fries were absolutely delicious and crispy but the chicken was undercooked and not edible, and since all the meals were wrong most of the family was sad and didn't want/couldn't eat since undercooked. For $60 I would expect them to do better.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible, slow service. We waited 15 minutes for cold food which they said they were making fresh. They had no condiments or sauces. And if we would have seen the condition of the restaurant prior to ordering, we definitely would have left and went somewhere else.
A chicken sandwich in Calgary for only $7?? yep, and a "small one" for $3.50. The quality was "not bad" for a quick cheap fix, it works. Especially when everyone else charges $11, and up. You'd think that chickens were made out of gold. Not great, but reasonable and ok, reading the older reviews, the fries were good. Maybe they are reading these reviews and "getting their act together".
Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich was good. Would ask for lettuce & tomato on it if was to order again. I'm not a fan of burgers, but my husband wanted to eat here. Must say I was pleased. Good service, 1 lady on cash register- very efficient. Told us 6 mins for order, she was bang on. Pleasant environment.
Ive ordered 12pcs meal with fries and coleslaw today May 8, 2022 around 4Pm. but the coleslaw already SPOILED... I checked the bag but the receipt wasn't there...
Upgraded from Combo and charged for Platter on two meals despite clearly stating "Combo". Beignets were raw, and the $0.60 charge for dipping sauce afterward felt less legitimate and more of an insult added to injury. Loathsome and worthless restaurant. I've eaten at curbside restaurants in the developing world with much tastier, higher quality food and much better customer service.

I usually go at this restaurant. I really like their fries. On the top of it, they offer excellent and prompt service to the customers. I don’t remember the names of the other employees but I do remember a girl named Simran. She has always helped me with the menu and she is really friendly and polite.
Did a DoorDash order for this location. Chicken was raw and was missing two out the four burgers I ordered. Called the store and they said okay so 2 out of 20 burgers came out raw? Like literally they have so much attitude and didn’t even say they would replace anything. This place is a insult to Popeyes store around the country. Never ordering or going there again
