Food tasted okay, but I didn't get everything I was supposed to. I order the deluxe chicken sandwich I was supposed to get 5 of them with lettuce and tomato. Only two of them had lettuce and tomato's, the rest of them were missing the salad which wasn't great. Disappointing how I payed the full price for something but didn't get everything. Probably will be going somewhere else now for chicken sandwiches.

Favourite go-to fried chicken place here in Evanston. Wish they can add some variety though, not that I don't love them, I do with all my heart, but wonder if flavours would ever be introduced.I'd fancy a some spicy lemon or peppery one like the ones we get in the US. Even if they don't though, ill always come back :P
Customer service was great and food was served at a reasonable time. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this location!
What can i say, very excellent service. Great food and clean location. Eventhough a lot of customers goes here the staff still manage to give the order as fast and accurate as possible. Managers are also polite to train new staff. Go here to experience ?
This is my go to Popeyes and it has been consistent.But unfortunately today isn’t the case, chickens, fries n onion rings were all cold, and entire box of chicken did not come with a single piece white meat.Leaves to an unsatisfied meal
Great job on keeping the store clean. Food are great as well as the staff. Every time I have a free time I always go here to get food. No doubt for excellent service of the staff, there very friendly and approachable. highly recommended for all. Great Job!
It's a shame that the staff there are not well equipped enough to handle taking orders, because although the food is delicious, the service is less than adequate. The Manager is rude and not willing to correct errors made by their staff due to language barriers. I generally avoid going in there because the level of service is always very poor, but my daughter requested we go there for a special lunch... wish we'd have just gone down the hill to KFC.
The staff made mistake with the amount of spicy and non spicy chicken which we found out upon reaching home. So we rushed back to have it changed. The staff apologized with the blunder but kind enough to give 4 more additional chicken to compensate. They indeed have very good chicken and accommodating people serving in this location.
I have been visiting this outlet for a while and standard has been very consistent. Nesma and Aman are usually the ones that are serving me and they have always greeted me with a big smile. This is much better than the other Popeyes I have visited. Food came out fresh, the place is clean. That is what makes me return over and over again. An easy 5 stars for me, I cannot ask for more
