I parked the car to buy something from popeye, due to medical emergency with my kid, had to be away a bit. Result - Diamond Parking put a penalty for $80. Not sure who owns this inhuman place.

Once I placed my order of an 8pc meal I was told there was only dark meat. and not only just dark, but they only had legs and thighs. I thought it was really unfair to charge full price when your only giving the cheapest parts of the chicken. I decided to just get it because I was running late. only to find out they only took cash or Visa, their debit was down. Very unprofessional. I will never go there again. KFC or chicken on the way is my new go to.

Their new chicken sandwich is awesome. Perfectly crispy and Juicy. Love this place. Must visit.

I normally don't write reviews for fast food. However this place stands out. It is clean, friendly service, and great food quality for the price. It gets very busy but has always provided quick service.

I love their chicken. So crispy and not too salty. I like the little battered shrimp as well. That's all I have tried

Very good chicken, not dry at all juicy and tasty. Not a bad service and the restaurant was clean.

Food is good just after being in the US I feel the prices charged here are no where equivalent to US prices. It's like US price +exchange rate + 50% on top. Again food is good prices suck!

Not cheap but the chicken is always moist. I like that they have sides that aren't typical (example: mac&cheese, potatoes&gravy). You can get regular or spicy chicken. We usually get 1/2 and 1/2. The drive through is usually pretty quick. Just nice for something different than greasy KFC.

I absolutely love the the food, the flavors are really good, to die for gravy, the mashed potatoes with the gravy, corn bread, a real chicken sandwich man!! the hot spice is original, and really good, I've never noticed to have any problems with orders, and service.,,, 5 stars for me, ty Popeyes

The Popeyes Lousiana Kitchen on 17th is in prime location to serve many of the adjacent residences and the many peoples that occupy them. I believe the abundance of business from the plethora of apartments and nearby businesses has solidified a distinct lack in effort and food quality at this location. The chicken in and of itself is of an absurdly upstanding quality. Had I had not ravished the entireity the Spicy Chicken Sandwich I procured from the fine ladies and gentlemen working this evening I would supplement this posting with an image. The rest of the sandwich, however, was underwhelming. The spice level was not nearly what I was expecting. It tasted as if the sauce were watered down, and the pickles were strangely large. The pickle comment is not a complaint on my end, I do enjoy a good gherkin or dill in my off time. The size of the slices is simply outlandish. The Butterfly Shrimp had a surprising lack of butterflies, it lacked both the colour and flavour I would expect of a butterfly. However, the taste was impeccable considering it was seafood from a fastfood chain. The Onion Rings were simply sad. The taste (or lack thereof) brought a salty, Newfoundland tear to my eye. The Fries were soft, golden brown, and just the right level of sloppy, sagging goodness that righted the wrongs of the Onion Rings. Sadly I was unable to get Cocktail Sauce with my Shrimp. In conclusion, I would give a 5-Star review had I not been afraid of the shower.
