Very disappointed in the service at this location. Ordered the two can dine for $18, were told 10 minute wait for the chicken which is fine. 25 minutes later have to go back to the front to ask what's going on and staff acted like I was interrupting some sort of party. Gee, I'm sorry.....I promise it won't happen again because we won't be coming back. And we ended up getting the wrong chicken anyways.
Horrible service, this is the 3rd time hence I am writing my review. I have been given incorrect orders, wrong items and finally burnt food that made my whole car smelled as I drove home.Food is good, bad staff and the Manager definitely needs to go and get some customer service training.
These are the kind of chicken they served to us when we visit this branch. As a regular customer we always visit here because of the quality and the goodness of the product they serve. But, today is totally different experienced, the world turn upside down. The quality of foods they served today was really poor and its not even edible. I do not recommend this location.
2/5 because old chicken, soggy onion rings, 4 out of 16 chicken pieces were tiny- barely any meat- on them. :/Biscuits were good!
The food as you would expect from Popeye's is delicious and wonderful. However the service staff either does not want to be there or simply just doesn't believe in doing what's best for the consumer. Simple things like asking for ketchup or a sauce is asked to be paid for separately after the meal being paid and being given attitude about when it is just a request.
The lady at the drive thru is so polite and nice. Always apologizes for the line ups and long waits. I usually order family meals after church and I am always satisfied what I am getting for the price I paid. Excellent customer service
The customer service at this store tops every fast food customer service out there. Even though they are usually under staffed and always busy,They always try to serve their customers as fast as possible. I love this location. Highly recommended.
