One of the best places in Calgary to get a nice bowl of Vietnamese noodles. The staff are accommodating and the food comes out quickly after ordering.The broth is well balanced and full of flavour. Overall, an excellent place to try out. Their menu is priced fairly and decently sized; would cater to even the pickiest of eaters. My personal favourite is the large sate noodles, delicious, good portion size, and comes with a good kick. Their spring rolls are quite succulent as well.
Pretty decent Vietnamese restaurant. Incredibly fast service (literally less than 5 minutes from ordering and receiving our food). The prices are average for pho and other dishes. The soup flavour is above average although not top tier. An alright amount of meat per bowl of pho. The interior is classic Vietnamese design, old school and cramped. Somewhat sticky tables/chairs but not terrible. Parking is okay given the decently sized plaza parking lot outside. Overall this is a good place to try out!
Nope, don't go out of your way to this place, it's got business but that's only because it's the only pho place in the area. Family run business but definitely no harmony there. Iced coffee is alright but the pho is very average.
You know it’s a authentic pho restaurant when there’s a gigantic fish in the tank and the decor is super old school. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for pho since I was young and it’s still my favourite pho place. I hope this restaurant stays the same.
It's my first time visiting this vietnamese restaurant. I heard so many good things about it, so I gave it a try. I ordered #12 XL. Lots of noodles but it's not like the regular noodle I ate. I don't quite like it as it's thick. Meat portion is less. I am not sure if it's usual quality. After I went home, I had to drink tons of water because of MSG added into soup. A pros is that you get the order really fast within 5 minutes.
Love the pho here. Service is quick and portions are fair. This place still looks the same as 20 years ago when I first went here.
This is as close to my mom’s pho as they get and my mom is a fabulous cook! I have tried many others. My go to place when I get a Vietnamese craving. Portions are very generous, price is very reasonable compared to the others and always hot and fast. Highly recommend Pho Thanh.

It's very fast and friendly . The soup tastes good with variety meat inside . I ordered a XL that is really huge for me . But the pho is mass as a rock and easy broken . It's not far so I think I will try other dishes next time . Hope pho will be better .Nice fish and lobster .
Been a happy customer for over 10 years. Quality of noodles drastically went down since last year, but bearable. Today, it hit rock bottom. They simply melt in the soup, breaking apart and losing texture, as if made of flour and corn starch, not eatable. I'm now convinced this is a permanent problem, sadly will not return to this place. Also noticeable reduction in meat proportion.
