Staff very rude. No visible signage to go to back end of store if only ordering beverage. When i arrived at counter, only one in line, female barrista completely ignored me.Waited 8 minutes to be served. None of the barrista acknowledged me, no explanation for not serving me.I like to support local but i will not be returning. Take my business elsewhere.Barb B

We really enjoy this location. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the coffee is great, and the interior/building is interesting. They also have some merchandise and beans for sale.

A bit out of the way but it's great to have good coffee in an area of the city that used to be a coffee wasteland. Expect to have a few people in line when you arrive. Service isn't incredibly fast but, in my experience, they are friendly and the coffee is consistently good. I find their espresso is a bit on the tart side but not so much as to make me pucker. Great building with history and beautiful brick walls. Seating for about 30 at tables of 6. Could get up to 8 at a table for a meeting.

Coffee great, Hot Chocolate in the words of my 7 year old, "nasty". When we took it back to let them know how "nasty" it was, the cheeky fellow behind the counter basically said this is the way its supposed to be. Nasty bitter to the bone hot chocolate that needed 5 tablespoons of sugar to make it somewhat sippable, Despite that we ended up throwing it out anyways. Would've been nice to have been offered something else. Atmosphere really cool, we must've just caught them on an off day. Coffee was too good to not go back though.

Coffee godfathers of Calgary. Great beans, ethically sourced direct from the farmers. Expert baristas and great baked goods. Simply the best.

Been awhile since coming to any of their stores. Definitely not my taste in coffee. There take in hot chocolate was not the typical style other venues have. Even with their coffee still hasn't changed. Bland, very strong, no taste, no amount of sugar or cream helps. Sorry Phil, no go for us.

The best lattes in town. Amazing location by the river. It can get busy but so worth the wait.

I have been to this location probably 4 times this year and have ordered the same drink "Dulce" each time. When I get the drink, it is always luke warm-almost cold and is disappointing. I don't know if they just don't heat the milk up long enough before pouring it but I have never had this problem with the Marda Loop location or Starbucks.

Poorly made lattes. Overpriced. Plus they were missing half of the ingredients needed to make the drinks. Staff didn’t even know what kind of baked goods they were selling…

My favourite coffee shop in Calgary.I like historic building and atmosphere as well.
