Updating review from 5 stars to 1.Was in on Easter Monday and a lady was in bragging about having COVID and coughing on anything she could before seating herself in the cafe. Employees said they couldn't do anything because their manager said "the fear of a lawsuit". The employees were very obviously uncomfortable and scrambling with how to deal with the situation for their own safety, and actively telling customers to avoid the seated COVID lady.
I was there about a month ago, when a woman who refused to wear a mask tried to come in. The baristas let her know that they couldn't serve her if she wasn't in the store, and that she couldn't come in without a mask by law. They handled it very gracefully and professionally, and were apologetic that my drink was a bit delayed by the fuss. Overall, I was really impressed with how they handled the situation, and I'll be returning.The drinks that I've tried there have all been great, and I love the choice between a more spicy or sweet chai latte!
My husband and I had a terrible experience yesterday with the staff at this location. They need to practice customer service. They were chatting with each other continously and they looked annoyed when customers were trying to order. They didn’t want to be interrupted. Also, thay need to pay attention to clean the tables so other customers will get a chance to sit. It is okay to chat but they need to learn their priorities. Thank you.
Very rude staff. I dropped my face mask on the way into the mall and couldn’t use it to get my coffee. The staff said I was ruining his day just by standing there without a mask and refused to serve me. I was very upset on how this person treated me. Terrible customer service. I won’t be back.
I enjoyed their coffee there, very full of flavour, with a good body. The person at the till seemed Meh, but it was overall a good experience.
Had a toast & avocado. It had 1 big slice of bread. Was so good, but i was too hungry and expected another slice would have veen awesome!
I have always ordered from this place to go. Had a meet up with my friend so thought to try the dine in area of this place and some more options from the menu. Ordered eggnog latte, avocado toast and a hoopla donut (all their donuts are yum). Eggnog latte was not my type of taste. Avocado toast was the star. It was really good. Highly recommended for avocado lovers to try. It’s a nice place to hangout with friends.
Phil and Seb roast some of the best coffee you'll ever find. Never had poor service or a bad drink from them. Highly recommend buying their beans to take home too.
I've always loved P&S coffee, superb! IMO, way better than the mermaid coffee and P&S is a Calgary company, so even better!
Why do people wait in line to over pay for such low quality? Espresso shots are under extracted and flavorless. Tim's makes a better coffee.
