Decent experience, we had the waffles with a side of bacon and eggs. And my boyfriend got the steak and eggs with a side of bacon and pancakes. Overall for my first time, it was okay. I was expecting something a little better, it seemed to me like something was missing. With all the new brunch places opening up I can understand why this place wouldn't be as busy as those new trendy ones, it's got a nice charm to it but they can use some updating on their menu.

Love Phil’s, and have been going to various locations for 30+ years. Can’t beat the price point and service - very classic diner vibe. Their coffee is THE BEST. Strong, smooth, and they give you your own carafe. When I was a kid the warm apple pancakes was my regular order, now it’s always eggs with beef chubbies. (The superior chubbie) My only complaint is the decor has lost its character. Hopefully on their next update this location will get some consideration and love.

A good diner experience with decent portion sizes. Most importantly for a diner, it's actually open relatively early (6am) when the vast majority of coffee shops and other diners in the city aren't. Friendly staff.

Great service, fast, friendly, unobtrusive. Never had to wait in line. Food is good value (as long as you stay away from the a la carte sides, those are a bit ridiculous). Menu is somewhat limited, but with vegetarian, gluten free, and standard options everyone should be able to find something.I cannot verify how rigorous they are about cross contamination on gluten free options, so I don't know if the place is truly celiac friendly.I believe there is an ADA compliant ramp and automatic door for those in wheelchairs.Coffee quality is a bit inconsistent, but when it's good, it's good.

This is the most discusting food I have ever tasted.ordered meals for my entire family and I've never been so sick before in my life. Everything was soggy, wet and looked like it should have been thrown iut 3 weeks ago.the packaging they use is some .01$ cardboard box from God knows where that disintegrates the minute you touch it. Along side all of this they decide to package the cold fruit bowls with all the other steaming hot piles of trash that they like to call food. I will never order, return or think about recommending this discusting place to any one I've ever known, I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy's eat here. Lack or care, lack of preparation, lack of anything.

We were walking looking for a breakfast place to eat. Took us over an hour to find this place by foot. We just loved this place and went for a 2nd time today (45 mins walk from the hotel) and we may go again before leaving the city this week. food was awesome and place was clean. The server remembered us from the first time. we recommend this place 100%

My second time here. The first time was after it just opened and by far the better experience. Today, the service a little slow, the tables and chairs a little small and too close together and it took ten minutes to get ketchup after the meal was served. Very odd. Even then the waitress just plunked it down rudely as an afterthought without a smile, apology or acknowledgment as she passed our table. That is not good service. My Denver sandwhich difficult to cut with their dull knives, and a little stale perhaps. I've always wondered why some restaurants don't clean their doors. It always makes me think the kitchen is dirty too. I was taught that the front door is what gives people the first impression, so mine was not great. If I can see that in one visit why do they seem to be blind to this filth?

Phil's on 11th is the go-to weekend breakfast spot! The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond. They are timely and provide all your condiments to your table. The food is fantastic and you'll always have a great variety of choices depending on what you're feeling thar day. Street parking is abundant and the location very much walking distance from most things.A must visit if you're in the belting and looking for a great breakfast/lunch!

I’ve been going here for quite some time now and every time the food taste delicious and the staff is friendly!Highly recommend!

Me and my boyfriend stopped by for breakfast! Such awesome service and the ladies are all super nice. A very cute and cozy restaurant, which is impressive for the chain, and the milkshakes and waffles are to die for.
