Wonderful location, friendly staff and the food is OK but there is no kids menu ( and a challenging menu to try to parse together appies etc for younger kids) and it also feels overpriced. I love the location and it really is the only dining option in altadore. We always say that a more family-friendly Italian or pizza joint would do so well in this pretty young inner-city neighborhood, sadly Pegasus is not it.
The food was absolutely awesome - defintely recommend getting the share platter! Great atmosphere and beautiful decor, the owner is a gem and the service was excellent. Can’t wait to come back!
Very quaint Greek restaurant with a welcoming ambiance. The Greek platter was delicious and had a nice variety that we shared amongst four of us like an appetizer. The meatballs were good as was the Greek salad. The avgolemano soup was disappointing as was the Greek coffee which was small and full of grounds unlike other “Greek coffees” I have enjoyed in other restaurants. The service was excellent and the family who runs it are enchanting.
THE BEST Greek restaurant in all of Calgary! Traditional Greek cuisine with fresh ingredients, generous portions and expertly prepared. Friendly, family style service in a cozy setting. Did I mention the food is FABULOUS?!?
Valentine's day it was so thoughtful with a rose from Pegasus..meal was great roasted lamb and lemon potatoes..yum homade hummus and pitas..price was very reasonable.

Had dinner here tonight for my birthday. Probably our 15th time eating here since it opened forever ago. Still as excellent as first time and will come more often. The Moussaka is the best I’ve had. Great service and atmosphere. Thanks again Pegasus!!
i had the Lamb Kleftiko it was amazing and tender perfectly seasoned and served with Tzatziki sauce a must try here
It has been many years since eating at the Pegasus restaurant; the last time was when they were still on 14st SW. It was always our go-to Greek restaurant until they moved (as did we) and we were excited to order online; we decided to pick it up ourselves to make certain that it arrived as quickly as possible. When we opened the take-out containers as soon as we arrived home, the food was barely warm and the presentation was terrible. Either they were having a bad night, or their standards have slipped; in either case, I cannot give a higher rating than 2 stars for this particular experience. We all agreed (6 in our family) that the taste was okay, but certainly not what we would expect from previous experience and from the price-point. Two in our party ordered the Mousakka - one vegetarian and one with meat; there was absolutely nothing else in the container. No vegetables, no rice...nothing. The other dishes were equally as disappointing. From previous experience at Pegasus (albeit many years ago) and other Greek restaurants (much more recently), I know that this particular evenings experience is not, and should not be, standard. Would I go back or order take out again? I really don't think so.
Haven't been since they moved to Altadore. Seems like the same menu from decades ago. Lamb skewer was chewy like leather so was the grilled calamari. The rest of my party had a variety of complaints. The service was sub-par. I used to love going there. I will definitely go back because I am sure they can do better. They were known for great Greek food.Please step your game up.
