We went to the palomino on a Saturday afternoon and ordered a bunch of food and drink my friends ordered a beef dip and fried pickles as well as some nachos. About 20 mins later I ordered a sandwich the big smoke or something like that which came out in about 20 mins still waiting for our nachos and beef dip at this point i it’s been 40 mins for nachos fried pickles and beef dip. My friends left and was tired of waiting. Finally our food came out. Our waitress told us that we
Great place with excellent food. Pulled pork sandwich special was outstanding.
I'm not sure what the hype is for this place. The electric smoker with applewood provides no smoke flavour. Every sauce option is overly spicy or sweet. They boast a solid drink menu with excellent top shelf options yet the Bartenders haven't a clue how to make them and they're over-priced. Brisket must've been a few days old. Beans are meh at best. The cornbread and bacon wrapped corn are delicious but if sides are the best bet why go? You'd get better value and flavour at McDonald's.
The Palomino is always the best. From the greeting to the good bye when you leave. Everything was outstanding. The appetizers were cooked to perfection. My client had the special he almost ate the plate. I had the chili and it was above and beyond anything I have ever had in the chili category!! Thank you Palomino I will be back again soon.
This was a very disappointing lunch. The restaurant was not busy - we arrived at 11:55am and we had to ask the hostess to send our server over for our order. We ordered lunch at 12:10 and received it at 1:15. We checked multiple times and received no reason for the delay. The food came out as ordered, but not hot. Unfortunately will not be going there with a client again.
The food was wonderful and the esthetic was really cool but we felt forgotten about a few times. But we would still highly recommend this restaurant to overs

Server was amazing and was happy to split our Fat Platter into 5 separate bills. Food was great, plentiful and hot. If I have a criticism it would be to clean the bathrooms regularly and wash down the condiments containers.
