Very efficient, no waiting, good food place. Friendly staff, professional but with a sense of humour as well. Ludmilla was outstanding with her speed wit and overall manner. We had the veal with Ceasar salad as a starter both very good. Nice Chianti to go with. Also Denise at breakfast, lovely manner and sense of humour. Good breakfast. A winner all round

Great food, excellent customer service. Our food came fast too. I liked that they had bread for people to toast while waiting for food? will definitely visit again when I’m in the city.

Not impressed what so ever a bar that closes at 10 pm at a Hilton hotel is bad enough but when you show up at 10 min before close and won't even make a drink. I will spend my money elsewhere.

We came here for dinner today. We made a reservation and it was our first visit to this restaurant. My sister in law was raving about this place and has been bugging us to try it out. So we finally decided to try it out.The restaurant was not overly busy. There was probably 6 tables occupied when we got there. We had a party of 8 (4 Adults and 4 kids). The hostess was very friendly and greeted us when we walked in. She walked us over to our tables. The bread open bar station was decent. Had a grilling station in the middle where you could grill your break of choice. There was a a bunch of different butter flavours, olive oil and balsamic. The restaurant ambiance is very nice. They really make it look like an upscale restaurant.Lets get to the food!!Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza - This is worst pizza I've ever had. The pizza dough taste more like bread. The crust was not airy or crispy and the pizza sauce tasted like it came out of a can. I can't believe I'am saying this but it seriously lacked salt.Caesar Salad - This was pretty much the only hit of our meal. That is not saying much as well. It wasn't over dressed and the lettuce was fresh. Had cheese and some kind of crispy meat that had the texture of beef jerky.Penne Primavera - This dish was so bland. I didn't taste any pesto not even a hint. There was no Kalmata olives in it or green onions. The combinations of the Kale, arugula, and tomatoes just didn't seem to go well together. The kale stems were very present and made it chewy. Serious lacking flavour in this dish.Grain-fed Veal Scallopini di parma - This was not good at all. The veal tasted like a cheap cut of beef. This dish was also very bland. For the price of this dish it was a huge disappointment. There are lots of better iItalian restaurants in Calgary. I can see the guest at the hotel coming here for the convenience. But personally I would not drive all the way out there to eat. Service was good but the food was horrible. We will never come back here or recommend it to anyone we know.

Italian food done right. I havent been in years and when we came in the staff were genial. I ordered the carbonara and it was so creamy. Better yet is their open bread bar! Where they have a large variety of breads and butters and an open grill. The expirence is one of a kind. I always feel that this restaurant should be way busier especially with the service it offers. If you are in Calgary Pacinis is a must.

We came here for a quick work lunch as it was in the area.We were some of the first customers to arrive for lunch, so getting a table for our large group was no problem. The service was very fast and friendly, and food arrived fairly quickly for the size of our group.I opted for a grilled chicken and roasted vegetable dish. The chicken was nice and tender, but didn't really have a standout flavour. The garlic sauce that came on top was also very bland. I opted for a mixed vegetable side which I found a bit soggy due to all the mushrooms and kale, but the flavour was ok. The highlight of the dish was the grilled zucchini and peppers which were very good. I also thought the grilled lemon was a nice touch. They have a very unique bread bar in the restaurant, with several types of bread that customers can top with flavoured butter, and toast on a large open grill in the centre of the restaurant. They also have balsamic vinegar and oil available for dipping.Overall, it was ok for a quick work lunch but it was not a standout experience.

Very tasty mains! The bread bar is a bonus... the parmesan fries and wings were not do much but the steak, salmon and rosemary chicken were delicious!!! Friendly service..very communicative and attentive.

Went for lunch, the food was great and the service by Denise was fantastic! Definitely will be back again.

What a hidden little gem this restaurant is. There is a private party room, and a very nice lounge as well as a very large dining room. I completely loved toasting the bread on the grill.. The food was was excellent, all of us had a different meal, and the 9 of us each said the meals were excellent. The waiting staff were awesome. Highly recommend

Easily the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. After walking into the restaurant we were greeted by... nobody. A collection of customers were milling about in front of the check-in desk. The staff made zero effort to talk to us or any of the customers standing behind us in line. They appeared to be intentionally avoiding talking to anybody. After waiting for more than 15 minutes we managed to garner the attention of one of the counter staff. We were informed that there were 20 groups waiting to be seated. This wasn't evident by the six people waiting in front of us.Basic restaurant service describes that front end staff should be advising potential customers of any wait as they enter the restaurant, not forcing them to wait to make a decision. At a minimum, they should be acknowledging their customers. To be clear, there were 3 staff moving on and off the counter. This wasn't a staffing issue except in regard to their complete apathy.I'd love to be able to comment on the quality of their food.I can't.
