We celebrated our anniversary at this lovely restaurant a few weeks ago. I love the intimate and cozy ambiance.Service was impeccable as expected and food did not disappoint. We had high expectations due to rave reviews from friends and we had been wanting to come here since December of last year (but sadly could not get a reservation).We shared all plates as our server suggested. The garlic bread was stuffed with cream cheese and reminded me of the garlic bread you get from Korean bakeries. Roasted carrots were very tasty and we gobbled up our main dishes (duck breast and rabbit tagliatelle).For the quality of food, the bill came to what we expected. An excellent restaurant for a meal any day!

It was very pleasure to have a lunch there. All of my friends were very satisfied.During the last 3 weeks, I went to Orchard again, in fact weekly basis. Still excellent server for my daughter’s birthday and my friends. However, I, my daughter and my another friend who were before noticed foods are getting saltier. I think this restaurant is gem of Calgary. Very tasty vegan foods as well as creative, innovative menus. However one of charming point of this restaurant was offering not so salty foods and little bit sad that the factor is fading.
The atmosphere was indeed casual elegance. Had a great business dinner here with a few associates. Great ambiance and vibe. Staff were friendly and non-rushed. The menu was simple and on the smaller side so very easy to navigate. Cocktails and food were cooked to perfection and I found it to be reasonably priced.
Let me say that I used to be in the hospitality industry for a long time and have had my fair share of experiences around the world. This was by far and away one of the smoothest customer service experiences I have had. The food was top notch, the cocktails were brilliant and the company I had, even more so. One of the more unique dining experiences in Calgary. Love it!
Beautiful & highly recommend! I came here last night for my birthday dinner (our server did not know), but both the food and service was excellent. The food was timed very well, and our table, cutlery and sharing plates were cleaned/swapped out consistently. Our water was also consistently refilled to the point where I didn't even notice while conversing with my friend. Our server and the chefs definitely made this meal memorable.Food breakdown:- Beckoning Cat & From Shelter With Love: get the Cat!! It tastes somewhat like key lime pie and is delicious, 2nd drink was a little strong for me, but still great- Garlic bread: yes- Tartare: has a horseradish cream that DOESN'T burn your mouth and is delicious- Carrots: I'm not sure if other people have just had a different cook time, but this plate was amazing. Some carrots were served raw, others were cooked, but they both complimented each other so well. I definitely recommend- Chicken: juicy- Duck breast: first time having couscous as well and both were great, I loved the carrot puree and Dijon mustard elements that made each bite unique- White chocolate tiramisu: I am not a fan of milk/dark chocolate so I was hoping this would be mostly white chocolate. I moved the chocolate powder to the side and took a bite, only to taste a very chocolately liqueur, but my friend loved it! There was also hidden coffee jelly!- Carrot cake: LOVED this as it wasn't too sweet which is surprising for carrot cake!Overall, one of my most favourite & memorable meals in a long time. Definitely recommend!
I’ve heard mixed reviews about this place but I had a lovely time here. It is a beautiful restaurant with a nice ambience. We ordered almost everything they had. The best dish in my opinion was the gochujang chicken! The chicken was not dry at all and super juicy.
Totally unique spot! Love the concept of the interior decor. Greenery and chandeliers go amazingly well together and add to the wonderful ambiance. Top quality food, good drink selection, and excellent service. Will definitely be visiting again!
