I ordered 3 meals 3 weeks ago and the gyro was like beef jerky. We contacted opa customer support and they wanted to refund our food because they were getting alot of complaints from there. I ordered 5 meals on skip the dishes today thinking it was a different opa. I processed the order and I seen it was this location, I called 1 minute later the location and told the lady I did not want to order due to the food not being right and she agreed. I couldn't cancel it through skip so I sent in a complaint and skip called me that the order was done and on the way. The meal was edible but great customer service. I wont be ordering from here again.
Told me to wait 2 minutes and I did. And when I ordered she ripped me off my money, she started to ay dumb. If she can't count money why have her work there! So I didnt want the lady to cook my meal because I had this feeling she wouldn't cook it right! There's supposed to be 2 people not just one alone. Terrible service. I asked for a full refund. Get better workers! I always goto opa and eat my meals.
Worst restaurant ever I have visited in my life. I visited 2 days ago at this place and there was an ambulance in front of it. May be one of the employees was sick. There was a brown haired lady who seemed to be confused and did not put any efforts towards that sick employee and was in rush making her orders. It seemed to be the end of humanity. I ordered my food and there was no worries on her face towards that employee. To be honest, after the sickness of an employee, the store must be closed but the store was open. The employees who was working at that time must inform their owner but they are preparing the orders. What a shame on the owner of the restaurant.I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.I wanted to give a zero star but there was no option.:(
Terrible service. There’s one person working, and she was incredibly slow. Had a full line, including 4 skip drivers. Terrible time management, only dealing with one order at a time. Two meals that simply go in the deep fryer took about 15-20 minutes. Definitely not “fast food”. She was also quite rude, not friendly at all.
Good menu & clean fast food place, but I miss Greek flavor in food there. For example they don't add olive oil salads !? Falafel is good option but its not original a greek food.
