I’d like to relay a story about OPA on 130ave in Calgary. A homeless man on a plus 30 came into OPA and had money to buy a drink. Staff completely ignored him. A paying customer asked staff if they were going to wait on the man and the response was “when we get to it”. The paying customer then offered to pay for the man’s drink and even some food. The homeless man was polite and well behaved. The staff member replied with “you don’t need to feed the homeless”. On an incredibly hot day, where one can become incredibly sick from dehydration, the staff dared to make a paying customer wait and then tell another customer “not to pay for a homeless man’s food”? They mad that man wait over 20 minutes before even acknowledging him. And even then they didn’t talk to him directly. Instead they responded to the people who wanted to pay for his food. This is absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour. I don’t care if you have a history with homeless people, you as an employee are to treat EACH AND EVERY SINGLE PAYING CUSTOMER WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. Shame on you for denying a human being a drink on a ridiculously hot day. FYI this was posted on a community page ). A complaint has been filed to head office and they better respond and respond swiftly. Because I will tell you right now, you’ve lost a lot of paying customers. And also FYI, many people have spoken up about the rude staff at this location. Learn to treat people with dignity and respect. And shame on the girl who treated this PAYING homeless man like a piece of garbage.

Usually have a good experience when eating here. Today not so much. To start off with customer service, we got interrupted while trying to order and both staff members rolled their eyes when we asked for our cups for the fountain drinks we paid for. Food wise, our food was cold as soon as we got home, the Greek salad was just sad. Had little to no onions, little to no cheese and only got two olives. Now for the rice bowl, I'm not sure if you get all four pieces of pita bread or you only get two but we had only gotten two. Not pleased with the service here
Me and my family went to this location for our greatest evening to get food .I specifically requet her (sran)to make a fresh food for us .she said yes and took money and other customers as will .I was standing there and looking when she making our food. I saw her to take out our chicken and beef From the warner and show me to cooking on the grill .when we came back home and wanna eat our food ,food was cold after five minute drive ,look like shot to us .nothing was proper grilled and hot ?.
They use a bread knife to cut my food. Then they put it back in the crack between the counter and the steam table. It is impossible the clean the Mold, Mildew, or the Fungus. If that is in the front, what are they doing in the back? My phot failed to upload. Don’t eat there

Employees are very rude...treat customer as if doing favor on them,,but nice food
