I understand prices are going up but today when I order my calamari and now you charge for a scoop of feta!!! Like WTF think about that a table spoon of feta on a 11.39 order of calamari you want to charge for a single spoon full of feta. Like come one really a spoon full. I’m sorry I love your calamari with a little feta but to be charged a dollar for a spoon full just mind boggling. Next time you use a spoon with what ever your eating take a scoop look at like really look at then imagine a company charging you a dollar for it. I’m sorry but I’ll be getting calamari else where even though it won’t be as good. Yes I am that stubborn. Ps to who ever is reading this I know it’s not your call. Hope you have a good day. Cameron
I’d like to relay a story about OPA on 130ave in Calgary. A homeless man on a plus 30 came into OPA and had money to buy a drink. Staff completely ignored him. A paying customer asked staff if they were going to wait on the man and the response was “when we get to it”. The paying customer then offered to pay for the man’s drink and even some food. The homeless man was polite and well behaved. The staff member replied with “you don’t need to feed the homeless”. On an incredibly hot day, where one can become incredibly sick from dehydration, the staff dared to make a paying customer wait and then tell another customer “not to pay for a homeless man’s food”? They mad that man wait over 20 minutes before even acknowledging him. And even then they didn’t talk to him directly. Instead they responded to the people who wanted to pay for his food. This is absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour. I don’t care if you have a history with homeless people, you as an employee are to treat EACH AND EVERY SINGLE PAYING CUSTOMER WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. Shame on you for denying a human being a drink on a ridiculously hot day. FYI this was posted on a community page ). A complaint has been filed to head office and they better respond and respond swiftly. Because I will tell you right now, you’ve lost a lot of paying customers. And also FYI, many people have spoken up about the rude staff at this location. Learn to treat people with dignity and respect. And shame on the girl who treated this PAYING homeless man like a piece of garbage.

I love OPA! but I don't think I will ever be eating from the Market Mall location again. At the moment of my visit there was no one waiting in line and I still had to wait some time for one of the employees to come and take my order even though they were aware I was there for quite some time. The fries portion was very small and undercooked. the Tzatziki serving was more like the size of wasabi (or the size of a politician's conscience, your pick). And while placing my order I asked for it to have everything BUT jalapeno, and guess what? tonight I got to relearn why I don't like jalapeno in my wrap because gosh forbid they get the order right!on the brighter side, it seems like covid did not take away my sense of smell and taste.

I've been coming here for a year now. The staff is very friendly and makes my usual order everytime without even asking me. Quick and healthy option for anyone looking for a meal on the go. :)

This location is particularly disappointing. They give the smallest portions I've ever seen. Paid over $12 for calamari and less than half the box was full. When I let the staff member know that I've purchased this item multiple times from other locations, it was a lot fuller than this she did nothing but say "that's how much is supposed to be in it".
