I was rushed through my order (no one was behind me), they forgot the very first thing I had asked for. When I was asking for it, they claimed I never ordered it.
Opa is one of my favorite quick go to places. My usual order is the opa platter and substitute the rice for fries. Yesterday was the first day they charged an extra 1.15 for it which isnt a big deal but what was served was a joke. (Attached photo) if your going to charge extra for the substitute then atleast put a good quantity!

My favorite Opa! in Calgary! Food is excellent, always fresh and so good! The service has been outstanding, especially through these trying couple of years. Highly recommend!
My wife has severe gluten allergies and Edrian made sure she was safe and enjoyed her meal. Also the food was excellent!

I ordered the platter, and asked for fries instead of potatoes. They charges extra $1.50 for the fries and gave only about 10 fries, such a rip off. And when mentioned it to the staff they said i got that much for the dollar.
Food was ok but service was not good. First time coming to this location and I also haven’t tried Opa before so wanted to ask one of the cashiers about the menu and if she could substitute my pita for anything else and all I got was a rude look and not so friendly response. Portion was also quite little and overall just not good experience here. It’s not hard to be kind to customers especially when they are being nice to you… disappointed and won’t be coming back, will find an Opa with better customer service.
