My previous visit to one 18 was nothing short of amazing, this one not so much. I called to add two more guests to my reservation and was told it would only work if we took patio seating, which did not sound like a hardship. Unfortunately they forgot to mention the incredibly reduced menu for both food and drinks. We had two party members who are celiac, and while there were items on the menu that were celiac friendly, they were all appetizers and small bites. Iâm sure this would be fine under different circumstances, but we could have gone to a different restaurant if we had been told this. We didnât notice until later after we had already returned to our hotel, but we were also overcharged for one of the items. We had very slow service even though there were only 4 tables being served. We chose to linger, but it took nearly 2-1/2 hours.

Our waiter was so lovely!!! He was extremely accommodating and so friendly! It was a great way to start the night for my birthday.

Went here with my friends and we love the dining experience we had here. The place have its facilities wheelchair accessible--parking lot, entrance, and washroom. They have a nice atmosphere and the lighting is warm and easy to the eyes. I love their burgers..the patty is very big and I was very satisfied with the serving portions of our orders. The veggies in the burger are very fresh so it tasted good. Hope to be back again here soon.
The waitress we got was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! The food was alright but she made our familyâs experience here one to remember :)
The server was amazing... and the Old Fashioned drinks were entertaining to watch them smoked and tasted delicious. Dinner was great and the venue is perfect for a group to talk, as many restaurants have music too loud to have a conversation across a table but One18 Empire was perfect. Definately coming back... via UBER so we can have a few drinks.
Good gluten free selections. Highly recommend the Pork Belly & Scallops! The whiskey presentation looks really cool if youâre a whiskey drinker!
