We have been there twice now and we have a good experience both times! I admit the service isn't top notch but we are not expecting it to be at an all you can eat place. We enjoy the food and the ambiance. Quite a lot of the dishes are absolutely delicious ? and the smoothies are tasty there too.
UP DATED DEC 2018. ...This place used to have a high standing for all you can eat sushi but regrettably it is not any more. Their standard have dropped quite substantially in quality and price, although the price is understandable. Still it has the best beef tataki in town.All you can eat sushi. Two tier pricing...regular and premium. I don't remember exactly how much. I think the regular is about 25 and the premium is about 35. The premium includes selections like oysters, crabs, scallops special sashimi and beef tataki which my fave and the best in town hands down. Thinly and evenly sliced with that delicious umami sauce. For that reason I gave it a four. For service it is a 3 1/2. Ambient is a 4 half.NEW UPATED DEC 11 2018.I was there on Dec 11 2018 again with friends and family and we were not disappointed at all. In fact, I would like to upgrade it from a four stars to five stars. The food were much better tasting, better plating and fresher. I like the new ordering where you have 3 rounds of orderings. This will be my number one place for all you can eat sushi place. Still the best beef tataki in calgary hands down.
Really good place if you want all you can eat sushi and are sick of fusion. They have loads of options. I think its worth the couple dollars more for the deluxe menu! Had never tried Hamachi before and it was incredible! So many amazing rolls and lots of options for people that aren't a big fan of sushi. Very reasonable price for all that you can get!
Definitely will be coming back to this all you can eat sushi! They have two options for all you can eat, one is regular and second is deluxe. Customer service was also great as well. Food came out at a prompt timing and it tasted amazing.
We used to love coming here but it has really gone downhill. Now all the food is deep fried; even the Japanese style fish and yakatori skewers; try pulling that off in Japan!!! The individual portions are much smaller, the presentation is bad like it's all just thrown together and the flavour is almost gone! It's fast food sushi at best!! There is junk laying all around the restaurant like ratty Amazon boxes on shelves and the atmosphere has really gone down. To top it all off, they charge a 15% gratuity on tables over 5 people. I have no problem with this in any way, but don't calculate it with the GST included!! I normally tip up to 20% if the service is good, but forcing me to tip on the GST leaves a really bad taste in my mouth!!!All in all, not a very good experience at all!

One star is for the food is better compared to other AYCE sushi , but unfortunately this place is lack of management .Maybe because of After tax , There is a 15 % tips will added to the bill without notice. The waitress maybe know they will get their tips anyways so they give you that “ l Don’t Care , I’m not here to do things attitude “ The funny things is. **They had eye contact with you, know you need something during the meal , but they will not take away the empty dishes , refills . They don’t care .Even with ADD-ON gratuity , Ended up we need to take our empty dishes ourselves to the carts , take our cups to the cashier to get the refill , begging for our foods that we supposed to get during the whole meal . We were amazed .
This review for the customers not for the owner because they don’t give a care about the reviews and don’t work on the improvements.Unfortunately I have to update my review again. This is the third time. Started with 4 starts and every time I was coming back the service was getting worse and worse.Most the waitresses (only girls) are very rude and unprofessional. I felt like I was getting fed for free. Maybe their not aware that we’re paying for the service and food lol. This is also one of the most expensive all you can eat in Calgary. If those people don’t enjoy their work, let them go. Feels like they were made to do this.My last time at this place!
The staff are friendly and the food is good but the service wasn't the greatest during our most recent visit. We paid for the deluxe all you can eat but some of the dishes were slow to come. A couple of the limited deluxe dishes didn't come at all or they brought the wrong dish. It almost seemed like they did this deliberately with the deluxe dishes that would be a higher cost for the restaurant. Would recommend getting the non deluxe menu.
The food is generally really good, but the service has always been very subpar. The staff that hand out the dishes all look like they'd rather be anywhere else (the girls working the front end have always been lovely though). Last time we went we didn't get two of our dishes and despite asking if they were coming and waiting they never showed after almost an hour so we ended up paying and leaving, which was really disappointing.
