you guys had great staff before now there seems to be new employees who mess up orders and are overall so disorganized. the employees who seem to be experienced are incredibly rude. makes for a overall unpleasant experience. which is really weird as the previous staff members were so kind and never messed up my order. they also do nothing to help if you receive the wrong item and the fries were old and did not make us feel good. will not be returning to this location! sad as we love nyf :(
I love the fries here and the workers are SUPER friendly, especially Charles Canete. I recommend giving ur workers a raise because they are just that good! Great place I would come here again.
Their poutine sauce taste like water and costco fries are better.

I went to this place first time about 2months before and I didn't know much about their products. The girl at the counter gave me information about their products and offered me fries to taste. That really impressed me.I ordered their veggie fries and believe me they are so hot and crispy that I became addicted to them?. And now I am their regular customer.Fast and quick service. Friendly and cooperative staff. Nice and clean serving area. ? Out off ?Keep it up guys and all the very best?

The fries and hot dogs were absolutely delicious. I have not bought a gift card from nyf before, but a man approached me and kindly introduced himself. His name was Ryan, the manager. He asked me if I was having trouble. I said yes I am, so he helped me. Their service is awesome.Therefore I will give it 5 Stars.
