We went here on a Friday night, was extremely disappointed how empty the buffet was. We sat good hour and only 3 items where restocked. We used to love going but I definitely will not be returning. I was also getting very annoyed listening to the owner/manager lady yelling across the whole place at people coming in or other staff members. Extremely disappointed and not worth the money.
Ordered for the first time unfortunately last time as over $160 of food and not one dish had flavours…Peking duck was not cooked in the correct way it was chewy(should be shredded and crispy skin), quid was over cooked rubbery, Szechuan chicken had no chicken in it, garlic prawns had no garlic, sweet and sour was just sweet and no sour…wor wonton had prawns in it and chicken, wife is allergic and she could have it due to the prawns ….zero flavour and to top this off the female who was taking my order wasn’t interested in peoples allergies….more interested in taking more orders …..so sad money comes before serving quality food!
Food and service was very good. Meal came fast, hot and tasty.
Take out order as always.Batter tonight was a bit heavy and as such undercooked.75% batter 25% shrimp. (That is a 10" plate in the pic) although they seemed to have changed the fryer oil today.We have had some great meals from New dynasty, however quality is fairly inconsistent quite frequently.Sometimes the chowmein is very dry and other time saucy.And so on.Foh is great depending on who is working the reception. Other times mmmmm. Not so much.Will continue to order but consistentcy would be great.
The service needs to be more professional and FRIENDLY!! ??♂️ who decides to be a waiter and decides to be unfriendly and unprofessional! Not to mention, the guy tries to give himself a tip but trying to press the percentage button on the device you pay on ??♂️ Don’t go here. Over priced with bad service is NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!
I highly recommend New Dynasty to all that want to experience hot, fresh, delicious food. Every dish has its own unique flavour. I have been ordering from New Dynasty for a few years now and have NEVER had any issues with the staff or problems with the food. Tony is amazingly courteous, friendly, always helpful and very knowledgeable and the service is super fast. You won't experience anything better, anywhere.
Tried New Dynasty. Wanted Chow Fun. Waiter said could easily make it. Order it. Came out very soggy. Told Waiter. He said "I told you what you should have ordered" No empathy or apology. Won't be going back there. Food was tasteless and ok The Buffet is gone
Two bites size of noodle that charges $10.45 is really a joke, won’t come back again.
We ordered take out (picked it up) on December 27th. The staff could not have been more friendly. The food was hot and delicious. The ginger beef exceptional. Our party of eight loved every dish. First time ordering but definitely won’t be our last!
We ordered a catered lunch for 25 seniors. I booked it for today. The food was hot, delivered on time & it was sooo good. Everyone at the lunch really enjoyed it. There was plenty to go around too. I highly recommend this restaurant for Christmas parties or any occasion. Thank you so much for making the wonderful meal for our elder friendly community.When I made the order the host that was on that night went over our order to make sure there was lots of options. Very friendly staff too.
