Best Donair in Alberta by far!!! You wont be disappointed and the lovely Lebanese lady who owns it always gives me some yummy homemade Baklawa (Baklava) FOR FREE ☆☆☆☆☆ everytime! DON'T MISS OUT ON THE BEST OF THE BEST OF THE BEST IN THE WEST ♡
This place gives big portions, but it doesn't mean much if the donair quality is not up to par. I wanted to give them a 3 star but I cannot.The donair here tastes sub-average, it is so dry, hard to digest yet also greasy. The rice below the donair was the best part but it was also drenched with grease.The salad that came with the platter was basically refrigerated raw veggies slapped together last-minute with no effort - taste like grass, might as well not have it.
This place has unreal food. My favorite donair restaurant in Calgary. I'm always willing to go out of my way to come eat here
Easy the best donairs you’ll find in the city, large portions. Amazing sweet sauce as-well as garlic sauce, my brothers mother and I have been coming here since 2005, we have since moved from the city but drive over 2 hours to eat at this beautiful establishment, the family who runs this deserve the world and nothing less!
Hello! I just ordered from here, through Skip The Dishes, today, for the very first time! And, their all 4 baklava's pieces were good but fully burnt! And, also, their jumbo chicken shawarma's chicken was raw, and, its tomatoes were also unripe but it was good, otherwise! And, only, their orange crush pop was cold which is good and it tasted good, too!
Medium Beef Donair was an excellent portion and tasted great!The kind lady behind the counter gave me some extra beef to sample as well.Highly recommended.
Great donairs and great service from the staff/owners. My family loves going here and refuse to go to any other donair shop *even other my donairs can't compare*. There's something they do that makes their donairs top notch!
Lady is so nice! Told her it was our first time having donair and she gave us meat and sauce to sample. Food is so good. Second time we came in I pointed out their baklava and she gave us 2 free! We will be coming back again. Large and medium donairs are too big so will be getting small. Portion sizes are just that generous!
The food is okay but the lady who works there is so rude ..she never greets customers and ask them politely for what they wanna eat instead just stand there stairs at you and then if u take some time to decide what veggies u want she will keep telling u to be quick and also says i dont want to loose my other custmers so be quick..like seriously??Its like someone forcefully makes her work there..they should really change her.
Donair was fantastic, tasted amazing almost as good as home. Only give 4 stars because there was no seating for kids. Would give 5/5 for food tho.
