To give a fair review, I've ordered through doordash maybe 4 times and everytime has been good other than today. The steak was just very fatty and undercooked, the soup tasted bland and watered down. I have had this exact soup twice at the restaurant so I was disappointed today as it tasted quite different. My issue is mainly how slow the service is when I go. The first time I waited 58 minutes for my food and about 15 for my drink. It was not wing night. The second time it was 45 minutes for my food and 15 minutes again for my drink. Both times it looked like they only had 2 servers on. Maybe just one cook? It is just a very long wait when there did not seem to be very many people waiting for food, but I could be wrong. I would definitely go in more if they had faster service because the environment is pretty cool! I will definitely order again though and the servers that I did have were VERY kind.
Amazing wings! House made ranch is so good. Great weekly specials and very reasonably priced draft beer (full 20 oz). Friendly service and great value.
I love this bar. It has great food, an awesome staff and a wonderful owner that loves to chat with customers. It's a local favourite amongst all my friends.
Great local spot for classic pub fare. Good food and drink specials, the wings are rock solid, and the steak special is very reasonably priced. Brunch on weekends is underrated here as well, really liked the steak and eggs. If you're looking for an unpretentious place to grab a bite, this is it!
Great vibes! Staff was very friendly. Food was amazing! Definitely going back and would recommend. It looks small on the outside but it is so much larger inside. Patio season, it must be amazing.
Fav nearby spot! Always a good selection of drinks, food is always hot and fresh. Nice friendly crowd, bartenders and servers are just awesome.
Specials are reasonable food was great and 20oz pints cant beat it server was amazing aswell. Hard to find a decent place these days but this spot is great
Went to a group anniversary celebration here on Saturday. The wait staff was great, food was good, and the atmosphere was lively enough but you could still have a conversation. Pool tables were fun, too. I'll be back for sure!

Was at Murdoch's Bar & Grill yesterday, December 8 with my friend and we were served by the lovely Ashley. Just wanted to commend her for her exuberant personality, fantastic service, presentation and of course the delicious food. Love, love, love this gem of a pub located in a strip mall on 37th Street S.W., and if I lived closer, would be there on a regular basis. Awesome seeing my friend Rob, the owner and catching up on conversation. Thanks Ashley and Rob for engaging with us both and making our dining experience such a pleasant one.
