Yikes! The nasty replies on reviews from the owner are extremely unprofessional. I've also had over cooked pretzels on the outside that weren't quite cooked on the inside. It DOES happen and you should be responding in a professional manner.Being rude doesn't help the situation and makes people want to avoid business who are run by mean owners.
All I want are cheese sticks.They're back on the menu but the ladies who work here refuse to make them. I've gotten them once from a nice boy there, but the women refuse!If it's on your menu, you should have them!
