Heather provided excellent service. We entered the calamari and were surprised that it was half shrimp and half calamari. It was very good but wasn't what we expected.
Offered us a free dessert for our special occasion. We had an enjoyable evening.
Food was great as usual. Service was lacking which surprised us.
We were at this place for Dinner. We were at our table for close to 10 minutes and no one even bothered to ask for water or whether we had been helped. All the while various servers were passing by our table every other minute. So we ended up leaving without having dinner. If there was an option for zero star, would have preferred to rate no star. Thanks!
Food was mediocre but the service was outstanding. I had the Thai chicken salad and there were only 3 small pieces (size of a dice) of chicken in the entire salad. The lettuce was limp.
Our server Alex was terrific. He offered some great selections for both food and wine and everything he suggested we really enjoyed. We hope to have him as our server again. Thanks Alex! You did an awesome job.ðð

Service and food was pretty damn good
It wasnât very busy but our server took forever to come check on us, bring our bill, etc. she was more interested in talking to the bartender. Actually I had to go ask for the bill after waiting for a long time, and for my dessert which was ready to go but waiting in the kitchen.
I will give this a two stars because I’ve been here before without issue. To get this out of the way, I have been here a few times before and the service / food has been really good.Sadly this is the first time I’ve actually walked out of the restaurant. We arrived around 6 for dinner one evening. Four of us we were seated promptly.Sat down, ordered some drinks and appetizers while we looked at the menu. The drinks came quickly. And that was the last time we heard from the waitress.She was continually checking on other tables all around us and ignoring us. We have a lot of patience, especially if it’s busy and most tables were full. I tried flagging her down and she walked right past us.After the 4th time she checked on the table beside us without checking in with us once we got up to leave. It was over an hour. The appetizers we had ordered never did show up.I did talk to the manager as we went to pay for our drinks. She offered to comp the drinks and let us order take out on the house. We were honestly just annoyed at being ignored for that long so we didn’t take them up on it.Really disappointing experience.
