Long wait for food, after 45 my n got it and was cold, did nothing t have the time for them to redo it. Had to track down our waitress for drinks, then water and once food got there had to find someone to give us napkins and cutlery

Actually I went to this branch twice first visit was amazing. But 2nd was really horrible experience.I changed my 5 star review to be just one.I was with my family and we ordered beef rips all plates came cold and when I asked to heat the meat.They burnt it!!in addition to missing good portion of it which is wired for me.They offer free dessert as a compensation, Is that enough for ruining our dinner?!Regarding the appetizer we ordered KAPOW! Shrimp and it came over cooked☹️.The beef rib was Amazing ??1st visit
Had a dinner with my husband and my little one(son)I’ve been in service for about 10yrs, and I would say that the server/waitress that served us tonight was extremely amazing! Great service, it was excellent. We ordered ribs and wings with sweet potato, steak, and for my baby, Alfredo pasta with fries. I’m not really good remembering names, all I can remember, this server is working at the bar as well, has a long black hair and beautiful. Food was delish, everything was perfect. For sure we will be back again. And hoping that you will figure it out what’s the name of the server that’s serve us. Thanks
If you have the option, I would not recommend here. When arriving, they refused accommodations for someone who was disabled and couldn't stand for a long period of time. We even offered to bring a chair over ourself, and was denied that. I believe her name was Marquita, who was very nonchalant and could care less about the difficulty of having a disability. We were told the wait time would be 10 to 15 minutes and it was 23, which wasn't terrible. But, after we got seated, we waited another 12 minutes before someone even came to greet us or take drink orders. They did seem to be understaffed, so we kind of let that slide as well. We started off with the antejelos? I think that was the name of it? But they were cold, they didnt even feel like they were cooked, and they forgot to put the meat in them! So we sent them back, and they did take them off the check. We also ordered the Kapow shrimp, which was really good. However, when it came to ordering the main dishes......wow. There was some major miscommunication between the staff and kitchen. My order was wrong, just everything. So I ordered something that someone else had, and it was actually good. Even though it took a while to get, and everyone was finished eating by time I got my food. So that sucked. Most of it I just took to go. The only saving grace was that our server Aaliyah was super sweet, and accommodating to the best of her ability. It was about 45-50 dollars per person, not including a tip. I personally think that was a lot. I don't feel like the quality, and certainly not the service, or experience matched the price point. Maybe as they get more staff, the overall experience will be better. I have included pictures of my food only. Hope this helps!

Everything was great but our server was really slow. Took forever for drinks. I'm a server myself just wasn't to high on my best experience there. We go there every year for bdays dont miss out Montana's is awsome

Date in bar area this girl was overworked bartending, waitressing and all with a great funny attitude and a smile. You don't see a lot of staff now a days care. Makes great ceasar's! WELL DONE 5* Food was ok, brisket queso was dry. Rib/wing combo was tasty and nice size
We went to Montana's for supper, party of 3. My meal was good, I enjoyed it. Second member of the party enjoyed her meal. Third member of the party-got the wrong size steak. They apologized and offered a discount. Well done team! Then the steak was not cooked to his liking. The team offered to fire a fresh steak of the correct size AND still give a discount. Kudos team really well done. That's where the positives ended unfortunately. Our server from the time of the refire seemed to forget our table existed. Yes they were busy. Sure she may have been new on the job. But- she had no problems visiting the other tables near us, just never ours. My friend had to ask the people at the booth behind us to please send our server over when she came back to them. When the server DID come back to us, she was a lot cooler than she had been initially. Then I had to go to the hostess stand to ask if we could please have our bill, since once again our server was MIA. This was the biggest letdown of the evening for me. If you make a mistake own it and move on. I will probably not return to this location and it's a shame because a simple I'm sorry and attending to our table would have made it a lovely evening. No need to hold simple mistakes against anyone. But if you ignore me, no offer of refills no asking if we might like dessert or coffee, no bringing the bill? Sorry I felt letdown.
