Good food and great service! I had the Chicken Burrito bowl and it was amazing! We were served by Sydney and she was fast, knowledgable and efficient! Good time all around.
Frìendly entrance and seating. Waitress was wearing a mask and could not understand or hear her well. Took and finally brought the order. 7 oz steak was great, cold slaw was bitter told her about it so she took it and threw it out not offering a replacement.. baked potato was hard and so was the butter. Only a little sout cream in a container. Had to ask for more.not good service to make the dining experience at Montanas a good one. Normally I like Montanas, but the last 2 visits were not great.. not sure zi'll go back.
A perfect example of a restaurant with front-end staff that don’t care. Makes you wonder if the cooks are the same!!It was about 7pm and the dinner rush was pretty much gone. My 3-year old accidentally tipped over his near full glass of apple juice spilling most on the table and some onto the floor. Luckily, our waitress delivered a stack of napkins with our drink order so we could clean up. 5 waitresses walked past our table as we mopped up the mess and not 1 bothered to help or bring a cleaning towel.Add to that, another table empty of patrons but full of dirty dishes had also spilled a drink on the floor leaving a large puddle. The staff moving about simply splashed through the puddle spreading it in all directions while I readied my camera in anticipation of the AFV moment that never came.We never did get our sticky table properly cleaned nor did the spill on the floor. Comparable to a restaurant with folding chairs/tables and a tent for a roof but the prices of a nice place. I certainly will never return or risk my money on any of the other locations. And I would advise everyone to do the same. It’s not fair to pay a premium and be treated like a fast food restaurant.
Where to begin.Walked in, told them table for 3. There was 4 behind the counter that were clueless as to whose table was in whose section.The food was not appetizing at all. The medium hot wings tasted like a jug of vinegar. The beef on the nachos didn’t look like beef nor did it taste like beef, but pulled pork.Service was just ok.At theses prices you would think it would taste better.Use to enjoy Montana’s, but after this last time I won’t be back.
Funny story, I was supposed to go here for a romantic birthday dinner for two. Got seated right away. Then got a text saying 3 kids were coming. The friendly staff found me a place on the patio, no problems reseating me, and got me a drink while I waited.Turns out I went to the wrong montanas. Told them I had to leave and would pay for the pop but they said no worries and comped me.These gals were so friendly and understanding. Awesome job!
Went with my family for dinner tonight. Very, very disappointing! Service average! Ordered a bread for starters. No side plates, no servittes. Had to ask. We ordered ribs as mains. What can I say, appalling!!!! Overcooked, dry and tasteless!!! Ribs are supposed to fall off the bone! No bowls with water to wash your hands afterwards. We should have realized when we first walked in that the place was super quiet. NOT A GOOD SIGN! NEVER AGAIN!!! You don't even deserve a 1 star rating.
Kapow Shrimp was delicious but needed more sauce, ribs and wings were good. But the brisket was so tough I couldn’t chew it. Service was good, prices quite high.
Decent. Ribs were extremely dry. Fries and appetizers were good! Wouldn’t order ribs here EVER. Service 7/10 food 4/10 location 9/10
Your typical lodge cabin setting with Canadian decor. It screams rustic and it's a fantastic place for bringing anyone visiting Canada for the first time.This location specifically is good, portions are generous, service is great, food is well seasoned. Skip on dessert though, overly sweet.Dedicated staff that cleans a lot and does provide quality service when it's not super busy.
