We walked in waited upfront why the host was looking on his phone almost did not know we were at there waiting to get seated He finally places to a table we waited for 15 minutes why nobody else in the restaurant wonder why? I said the 15 minute mark we will walk out and we did and the staff never said nothing didn’t really care Did we try the food no as we walked out if the staff doesn’t care about attending to us how do you think the food will be poor management If the manager cannot see he has stuff like this he needs to be replaced
We went in for a celebration dinner, 2 adults and one toddler. We were the only table there. No one came up to serve us. The hostess was chatting to a server. My husband set his timer, and 18 minutes and 53 seconds went by without anyone coming to take our drink order. Toddler was very hungry so I stood up to go find someone polishing cutlery to ask if we could please get water. He asked if anyone had been to our table yet. Server was still chatting with the hostess in the back of the room. I was standing next to the booth waiting to ask anyone for an order. Toddler was getting really upset. After finally getting waters, a second table arrived and was sat near by. We timed their service at 2 mins and 15 seconds the moment they were seated. Once our order was finally taken, an item was forgotten. We reminded the server every time she passed by our the table. We never got the item, and asked for it to be taken off the bill. We were frustrated as it took so much time for anyone to notice we were there, and we were the only table when we arrived. We are upset at the lack of service towards us, and didn't understand why we were treated that way when the hostess and server knew we were waiting. Survey has been taken.

The Ribs are not “Fall off the bone Ribs “ as advertised! They were dry and tough! Very disappointed!
Great atmosphere but it was very cold inside since their kitchen fan was broken and kept the door open.We moved our table and it got better.Brrrrrr.....
Had a great Dinner , brought the grandson 7 years old .. we had Kathleen as our waitress.Excellent service from her all through the meal .We had 2- Canadian burgers and a Spicy Burger and a Order of steak fajitas.And for the desert “ FRESH HOT MADE MINI DONUTS ? incredible.. my wife’s words .All the food was hot and tasty . A 7 year old devoured the Adult Hamburger and Fries ?Very Pleased … we love coming for lunch during Summer . My goal is to come back on a Monday and try the 1/2 price wings … never tried them .Again thanks Kathleen and other staff made for a great dinner on a Monday Night .Thanks Mike G
We called Friday to reserve a table for 6-8, Sat 12:45. They said they don't make reservations, they weren't usually very busy. I arrived at 12:35 saw a group of 5 waiting outside looking upset and another group seemingly upset. I went in to be told there was a 50 minute wait. There were at least 9 empty tables in sight, numerous open tables in the lounge and also outside. All of the people waiting ahead of my group left and we also found another close place for lunch. Basically they turned away over 20 people within 10 minutes. Good thing their group of 25 were there to keep them busy along with 4 other tables. Bottom line, try letting people make reservations. If you're short staffed be honest. But to wait 50 minutes when there were Many open tables was just rude. Our group of four families won't bother giving them our time or business again.
Took 50 minutes to get food. Multiple dishes were brought to our table by other servers thinking they were ours. Two people at the table got the same thing but had different amounts of product on their plate. Server was nice but overall not a great experience.
Food was very bad, it is not the same as it was. Ribs was not good.
Family friendly and affordable. Service is great !! Staff is friendly and welcoming.Always a great night out at Montanas.
