Great location for coffee aficionados. The espresso is high quality with careful preparation, making for the perfect cup of coffee. This location provides a good amount of seating, despite the small space. Excellent products displayed, such as tumblers, and chemex coffee makers and grinders. I especially enjoyed the outdoor seating.
Monogram Coffee is a must coffee ☕ shop in Calgary. I had a salted caramel donut and a dark chocolate sesame oat hot chocolate. It was fantastic!
The coffee here is good and staff are friendly! The barista makes great latte art as well. The only down side of my experience was that the toast is tiny for the amount you’re paying for ($8 for scant amount of hummus and pickled onions on top). The person that made it also didn’t give me the full slice of bread (there was a hole in the slice).
they act like they treat their staff well, but it’s not all as it seems. management bullies and lies.oh well, i guess their drinks are good, and customer service is great - the staff go out of their way to provide great customer service. but don’t believe everything you see about them being an ethical company - they will do everything to benefit themselves.
They make very good drinks. I dont love the pricepoint for the size cups that the drinks come in ie. Hot Chocolate, but the quality ingredients make it a nice experience. The staff is also very lovely each time.
The quality of the coffee and baking here is incredible!! Staff is super knowledgable and skilled. This is definitely a favorite!
The best pour-over coffee you will ever have.
Good hot chocolate and baked goods. Barista wasn’t wearing a mask though to make people’s drinks. Once I realized didn’t finish my drink. Not okay during an omicron outbreak and when masks are mandatory.
No need to go into detail regarding my order. It was a standard menu item and it should be easily executed without issue. The question is why do something if you don't know or care about what you are doing? Adding a specific request for a drink and getting it wrong is one thing, and somewhat understandable if it doesn't come out just right. But not capable of getting the basic version correct? If a customer asks for something and you don't know how to do it, just say so. But then again, it doesn't really affect one because it is the customer that is at a loss for both their time and money.
Favorite coffee shop in Calgary. Best coffee and a nice spot to sit down and read a book. Talented staff and friendly clientele.
