Always good service and great coffee. The family loves this location as it's unique and has a different feel compared to most other coffee shops.
Great coffee, and amazing pastries. Get there early if you want a scone on the weekend they usually don't last long.
Great service, great coffee. Also just had a great croissant today from there. A bit pricy, but comparable to similar hipster stops. Now my new go-to seeing Phils & Sebastian has had extremely rude/snobby servers lately.
An excellent coffee shop with friendly staff and delicious drinks. Peter was really courteous and gave me the great recommendation of the pumpkin spice latte. They also are very clean and appear vigilant when it comes to covid-19 workplace safety.

Best coffee in Calgary. Funky little shop in a great location. Super glad I found the flagship location. I came back 3 times in 2 days!
I visit this Monogram often because the coffee is consistently good and the service is also good. I felt compelled to write this review because as many of us have navigated COVID it’s led to a lot of individual challenges and also significant challenges for small businesses. On the individual side, I recently was laid off and I’ve met one of the great team members at Monogram, Jess, at events she’d been at with my previous employer. When I walked in today, she of course greeted me by my name as she always does, and asked how I’m doing. She mentioned a few of my former colleagues mentioned to her I was laid off so she said, hey, I know you’re going through a lot, I would love to buy your coffee for you today, which really touched me.In observing those coming into the coffee shop today while I was there, I noted how personal and warm the place feels, in spite of what I’m sure has been a challenging time for the coffee shop as it has for any small business. For that reason and the fact the coffee is consistently outstanding, it’s a five star place and you should visit it if you haven’t already.
I didn't like the coffee I had but I presume it is because I choose bad. They have a lot of awards and the place is nice and service is nice too, so I'll give it another try
Love Monogram. This location is quite busy in and around lunch but still awesome.
