I was looking for bubble tea in the area and I saw on the Northland Menchie’s Facebook page that they had it. I went over and asked if they had bubble tea, the attendant said no. I was pretty puzzled because I saw it advertised on their Facebook page. Anyways, I decided to get some frozen yogurt since I was there. I left there with a cup of yogurt with some berries on top that cost me $16. In my opinion that’s pretty expensive. All in all a disappointment for my first time visiting Menchie’s.
Good customer service but quality of frozen yogurt has gone bad. Very icy not smooth, not much flavour either.

Not sure if it's just me but the frozen yogurt here is terrible. Employee working was very kind and helpful with my first visit. Will not be back because of the food, service was fantastic.
The prices and frozen yogurt are terrible. The only star here goes for the gentleman at the front who was actually very nice but in terms of price I've never felt more ripped off.
My wife loves this place. My wallet not always so much! Haha. Great place though, I usually end up getting a small bowl for myself.

One time, my toddler dropped his yogurt cup in the parking lot and all the toppings flew off. He was so upset; I started frantically trying to clean up the mess and trying to salvage what I could. The owner came out and told me not to worry and gave him new toppings with a big smile. Thank you for your kindness!

This place is a hidden gem for the Cheesecake Factory cake lovers. I love cheese cakes and I only knew one place in Calgary that have them. While dwelling around in that plaza I found this place carries cheesecake slices too from the Cheesecake Factory. I was very delighted and grabbed few flavours. This place is now my new favourite to fulfil my dessert craving. Highly recommended.
