there are absolutely no pistachio nuts in the litre of pistachio ice cream. They used to have lots of nuts inside. was it a mistake? I am just curious.
They don’t have vegan ice cream as advertised. Wasted a trip!

The customer service was very poor and I got the impression they don't really care. The person behind the cash didn't seem very intelligent and unprofessional especially by the way he talked. I came in with a printed copy of the Groupon and he tells me the same BS that a lot of the lower quality food establishments have said that they are too cheap to get an app that redeems the voucher. They don't even have wifi nor any internet device of their own for me to login to my account to redeem online. Then he says "Where did you get it?" I answer, "The Groupon website duh." Then he says "No what account?" I'm very confused at this point "What? My email address?" Then he says, "Yeah...yeah". ......? What is he saying? You need to train your staff to speak proper English and know that I'm the one coming into the store to do something for you and not the other way around. You've been taking all the thank yous from the polite Canadians for granted and you actually think that customers are the ones who should be the ones appreciative of you. We're in a middle of a pandemic which resulted in a lot of businesses to struggle. You cannot take customers for granted like you did before. But no matter, you refuse to give me a choice in this matter so you don't get my business. And they're sorry but for what? It's up to them if they wanna hurt their own business. Besides this, this store was in a great location. I don't live in Aspen but visiting this store gave me a chance to explore this beautiful neighborhood.
This particular marble slab has excellent customer service. Their cakes meet the expected high quality of marble slab, but their customer service is above and beyond.
Was a good ice cream cake with chocolate raspberry; did not taste any raspberry though and as a result it was very sweet. Online order was smooth but no confirmation email for pickup - I had to call in to double check to make sure before my trip.
