In 9 Nov at 5:30pm, my wife went into Marble Slab Creamery to pick up a pre-paid cake for our son's birthday. She told to the assistant that the cake was ready, and she just wanted to collect it since the event was about to start at 6pm. The assistant unfriendly pointed to the queue and told her to wait with other customers who were purchasing ice-creams. It took 25 minutes to wait in the line and 20 seconds to take the cake when it was her turn. When my wife tried to complain about this, the assistant did not even react to her. She was so unfriendly and didn't even try to help her.
My daughter is anifilactic ti coconut and they told us there was no coconut in the birthday cake ice cream. My daughter was rushed to the hospital and nearly died on us, Thanls to her epi pen she is still with us.
I was able to get a Groupon for 2 pre-packaged liters. We tried turlte and Peanut Butter Caramel Crisp and they're so good! The ice cream is creamy and had really good/not too sweet flavors.
Lovely portions and wide flavors
Ice creamm is good and cones are fresh bit the flavour we had was kindaa powdery. Staff was friendly and quick. Just wish the icecream product was a little more fresh.
