We’ve coming here ever since it opened as a surprise treat for our daughter who is 4. The service is fantastic - ensuring that they engage our daughter in the sheer excitement of building “her own ice cream”. Truly genuine. Keep up the great work ?
We reached marble slab 8 minutes prior to closing and as they were open for business till 9 I thought they can still serve us for 3 reg ice-cream 2 were even same flavors and same toppings. They said they cleaned the slab so they cant mix a anything and will just put toppings on top and thats it.. I manage a retail business and this experience is very unprofessional that they cant serve us during regular business hours. It takes 3 minutes to make one order, if employees are not paid 10-15 minutes extra after closing to properly close thats again law and if they can't fully serve customer customer till closing then it's not probably good business practices.
Great ice cream and great selection of flavors as all the Marble Slabs have. Only down side was the teen server we had seemed to be in a rush and not very polite. We were the only family in the store too. But we go for the ice cream and experience of Westman Village.
Service is excellent, outlet is very neat and salesperson are very cooperative.
My family went to Marbleslab Creamery in Legacy today. The portions are fantastic for the price, with all the choices for fixins. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back!!?
Best icecream cone I have ever had.
Went there today, and a large family cut in line in front of me. However, the staff noticed this and took my order before the family. I really appreciate the way the staff handled it and acknowledged that I was there before that large group.

Been here multiple times and always got the best service. But tonight was the best, I ordered banana split and this is very first time I was asked to what icream I want in my banana split, and I was not able to make a decision and I let them choose the flavor and that was just awesome also i order multiple stuff. And they offered me box to carry everything... I really wish management is taking good care of their staff...
