There was a gentleman training some new hires and I have to applaud his enthusiasm and professionalism. Was very refreshing to see! And the milkshake was delicious!
I remember when marble slab took calgary by storm maybe 15 plus years ago with fresh smell of fresh waffle comes and etc. exact opposite at this store. Ice cream was watery, the white chocolate oreo? waffle cone was old and can taste that it sat outside maybe even for days. Honestly wanted to just throw it away. Bad quality management. Ill be going to other local shops instead.
I found a long curly hair which was kind of green at the end in my ice cream. I will never coming to this store again.

Very expensive and poor quality. I will never go there again. There are many ice cream shops with much better price and quality. The serving size is also small for how much you pay.
Service is so bed .I want to crossiron store and owner is so rude not even listening a coustmer issue .worst experience ever
Ice cream is overpriced like every Marble Slab, although it is good. The service was quick but the staff was a little but short and somewhat rude, granted it was the end of the day so it makes sense. Its exactly what you would expect from a Marble Slab.
I absolutely love marble slab but today was one of the most appalling experiences I’ve had in one of the stores. Me and my husband decided to get ice cream on our way out of the mall. Thought it would take 5-10 minutes tops and it was 20. The people that came in after us got finished being served before us and they started serving the people after us before our order was done. The person taking our order had a very hard time listen to what we wanted. We had to repeat our order over and over and he still didn’t get it right. He also did not clean the cold stone before marking our ice cream so we got cotton candy in our vanilla and chocolate ice cream. And they decided Friday at 3 pm was a good time to train the new guy. Which was a bad decision. I will never be back to this location.
They made the ice cream so watery ...that's not how marble slab should be...tried it in other cities and it was great...but this is the 2nd location I try in Calgary that don't know how to do it....they literly gave me ice cream juice which was horrible
The new guys service is good, however, the one more senior is very unfriendly -seems unhappy because I'm redeeming my free stuff which I earned! Keeps on saying that Marble Slab's Corporate is different from those Marble Slab franchise - It's a good to know but keep in mind that customers doesn't care, it's all the same Marble Slab in the eyes of the customer.
