Great atmosphere, good sheesha & cocktails, and wonderful staff. Becca, Elise and Charlotte in particular are incredibly attentive, kind and willing to go the extra mile to ensure one has a great time. The hostesses are friendly and accommodating. The assistant manager, Joy, always has a smile on her face and helps create a great vibe. The door staff are professional and polite.A great place to visit during the day for a chill vibe, and Thurs-Sat for a more lively evening.The menu could use more vegan friendly options (that aren't fries, salad and carrots lol :)
Lounge is one of my favourite places to go during the weekday when I need to study or just hangout with my friends. One of the best shisha in the city. Lots of friendly staff members. Our favourite server there is named Rebecca! She is fantastic and will always take good care of you. She makes great cocktails and food recommendations. Always friendly and efficient! Definitely recommend!
I come to lounge 18 a lot and I always get great service. The one server that stands out the most out of everyone working here is Katrina. Her friendly demeanour and professional work ethic makes the experience enjoyable every time. I really like the fact that she’s actively making sure that everything is to your liking and ensures that you feel welcomed everytime. Definitely ask for her if you have any problems. Lounge 18 wouldn’t be the same without her
The environment is good. They place very good music. It’s not too loud. What made us sad around 10pm we ordered food after waiting 7 minutes we asked the server how long would it take he said the kitchen is already closed. What we felt there were very less staff in the store to serve which led to very slow service. Can’t blame the servers the management should keep more staffs for a speedy and better service.
Tonight, I have experienced the most ridiculous and embarrassing dress code rule ever. I had just finished work and did not want to commute 15 minutes to go home and change as time was running by already. When my friend and I approached the door, she was allowed in but I was denied access because my pants I wore were sweats. Understandably, they explained to me it was not permitted so I went home to change and returned. This time around I was wearing corduroy pants. They were not “fit” on my body but nonetheless they were corduroy, NOT sweats that I was told was not allowed as part of dress code. 3 different bouncers/security or whatever they are all told me the same thing that I cannot be allowed inside because they are “like sweats” and that was that. No one was willing to feel the texture or see the actual look of my corduroy pants, because it looked like sweats I automatically not allowed in which I find very ridiculous and discriminatory. There were different types of people this night wearing shorts as an attire which by the way I was told before that it was not part of the dress code so I’m very confused and upset. I can’t seem to catch a break because every time I want to come to Lounge 18, I want to enjoy myself and relax but there is always an issue with dress code.

Bouncers and the wenches always have an attitude. Thinking they own the place. Especially on the weekend before you go in bouncers acting all tough mean muggin. Everyone thinking they are above the people who pay their bills. Weekdays are fine food is decent shisha a fine. But attitude is trash. Attitude determines latitude that's why their ratings are trash.
Amazing place its got ok food and great shisha. Most if not all employees are great with their service. Wait times are horrendous and dress code is a unnecessary for the most part. Some people don’t come to look good and impress strangers. Some come to hang out with a few friends to catch up and smoke. They should build a second floor with a patio ASAP especially for summer time and to cut down on wait times. Other wise cool place to kick back.

Fantastic place!!Great ambiance, music is super chill.Tons of flavours for a Shisha experience.The food was awesome, best spinach artichoke Dior I've ever had, especially in a skillet ?.Wings were great too, finally a place that gives you both wings and drumsticks.Shout out to our server Katerina! Great service and very attentive!!Will definitely be back to host a group gathering.
