It was good. I got the crab and pork dumplings and they seemed to be overcooked as the wrapper dumped the contents out the bottom. Tasted good though, but not as good as other places.The brisket and tendon beef soup was tasty. I don't mean this in a negative way but it was underwhelming. I'd ask for something spicy to add to it next time. It just didn't make me want to go across the city to visit the place again.Staff was nice, lots of tables, price was good. Just a little underwhelmed by the food. I did like the pineapple beer though. That was a nice surprise.
I always order the beef noodle soup and I am never disappointed! The beef is super tender and the noodles taste amazing. The customer service is great and there is plenty of seating available so you seldom have to wait for a table.
I ordered beef noodle soup and crab&pork soup dumplings. Beef noodle soup was ok, but the crab&pork soup dumplings don’t taste like crab AT ALL. I was not hoping to have any crab in there, just the taste is fine, but NONE. I asked the server, and the server asked the chef, and the reply was the inside has the yellow color which is the color of the crab, so It INDEED was crab soup dumplings……. To be honest, the inside of the dumplings is literally just the color of the regular meat ball. It’s the pale color. I was very disappointed.
We will surely be back for some more of their soup dumplings. They were just amazing! The beef noodle soup is also super flavourful. The beef was tender. The server was quite friendly and provided great service.
Food was decent. Wait time was ok. Ample parking. Clean washrooms. Priced perfect. Great atmosphere.Felt bad as only one person was working the front of the house and was running her rear off. But that is the way most places are.
This is the place I would go for Taiwanese beef noodle in Calgary, since there are not many places have this! However, their noodles portion is getting less, comparing 2 years ago and the price went up 20% as well!
I cane here during non-peak hours and i was the only one in store. The worker was eating while clocked in and took a while to serve me and the food also took a very long time to come out. The proportions of meat and vegetables in the beef noodle are also a bit on the smaller side. Very surprised by the length of time and proportion but the flavour was still there.Come here when you need to eat at a quiet area but in too much of a rush and not too much of a stickler for proportions.
Staff was kind and the food was delicious! The house pork potstickers are amazing and the menu is well priced. Clean and pleasant environment!
Amazing beef noodle soup with the best noodles, tender brisket makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Also the dumplings selection is amazing and especially tasty. Plenty of options for everyone in a group. Nice and quiet place to have lunch or dinner with friends or family.
