We have had food at Kinjo Mahogany may times both dine-in and takeout. Always great! We ordered supper for Mother's Day through Skip the Dishes and the wrong order was delivered. Contacted the restaurant and was offered credit towards our next meal. However, we REALLY wanted what we had ordered and the one delivered wasn't even close. The manager had our order prepared again AND delivered it personally!!! Fantastic customer service and excellent food!!! Thank you Kinjo Mahogany!!
The staffs are so rude and not trained for customer service. From the door I asked if we can dine in and staff told us just wait, waited for how many minutes nobody is even asking if what we need if we need to sit despite of we have children with us. The Manager and Owner were very rude. Instead of asking how they can be better they were very proud of themselves like the hell they care if we’ll just walk away. The worst dine in experience. Never coming back!!!
Not bad. Dine in experience has been better vs take-out. Would return again, but Kinjo would not be first on my list. It may just be this location only, as it's my first time ordering. Dine-in at other locations has been better, as in size and quantity of portions. At Mahogany, I only ordered take-out.
We absolutely loved it. We came at 5pm and it wasn't too busy yet. Service was amazing, I have a mushroom allergy and wanted the ramen so the server triple checked the broth with the chef and also wrote it down on the sheet. We also got some different rolls and sashimi. Food is fresh, fast and the price is fair. Thank you, again! We will definitely be back soon for your awesome food and service. I believe our waitress was Kendra so shout out to her!
Kinjo was nice experience. A place for family and friends. Service was great and the food was good as well. I enjoyed my time here.
My husband and I dined here last night for our first time. What an amazing experience! The service was amazing, the food was amazing. The entire atmosphere was fun. What I really loved is watching everyone work as a team to make everyone's experience incredible. It says a lot about an established when the place is packed and the food and service is at 110% We will be back!! Thank you
Just had awesome take out from here. Everything perfect. Had tempura, salmon sushi, spicy tuna, mango rolls and others.All very fresh and good.
Great experience as always, staff is very friendly. Food quality is always consistent, very clean as well. Andre went above and beyond to make sure our visit was amazing. Thank you for the great service, we’ll be back to see you guys soon!
It was me and my friend's first time at this kinjo location and we absolutely loved it there. Our server Tristan actually showed interest and had a genuine conversation with us, he was very kind. And the manager, I'm pretty sure his name was Andre, was very fun and even gave us pocky treats! The food of course was also delicious. We're definitely coming again :)
I like this Kinjo location. It’s usually busy, but I’ve never had to wait too long for a table. The express takeout options are great. The food is good, and consistent with the other Kinjo locations. Staff are always friendly and helpful!
