The beef satay + the bbq pork and beef subs are DELICIOUS!! I also got the lobster balls and they were amazing as well
I was stumbling around drunk on 17th ave at 3 am looking for some grub. Just randomly, one of their employees popped out of nowhere and asked me if I wanted a free chicken sub. Hell yeaaah!! The sub was so good too. I will forever be a customer. Thanks guys!! Your foot long sub hit the spot
I got the delivery of a banh mi by Skip the dishes and it was so so good ?. The lemongrass flavour in the meat was very nice and the bread was still a little crunchy (via delivery is excusable). The ratio of meat to veggie is good. The milk tea i ordered along with this tasted great too.
Some of these reviews make me laugh because they are complaining about ginger beef or cold cut subs…. This is a Vietnamese sub place. Order a Vietnamese sub and you won’t be disappointed.
The submarine sandwiches here are absolutely amazing. The Beef Satay Submarine is an old favorite, but last year I tried the Lemongrass Chilli Beef Submarine, and I can't get enough of it either - perfect for when I want a little spice. The staff are always so pleasant, service is fast, and the food is delicious. I recommend everyone stop in for a bite!
This place is my go-to spot for lunch. Their Vietnamese subs are the best, especially the Special KA Sub (charbroiled pork and pate), the BBQ pork and the Chili Chicken. Also love the tofu one for a vegetarian option. Great family owned, local business.
I tried out Kim Anh 2 weeks ago, and the sub that my friends and I got was so unreal that I have ordered again 4-5 times in the last 2 weeks. Absolute staple on 17th for a darn good reason. Their Viet sub was one of the first I've ever had and it's my recommendation to this day after countless other vendors. Everyone I've told about Kim Ahn's thanks me for sharing, food this good should always be known.
