I went here for a retirement party. And, I have been here before with another big group. This is the place for that.The food was really quite tasty. I have had everything on the appetizer menu. It was what one group did. We just ordered one of each! Fantastic. The service was also stellar.Each time we have reserved a part of the bar. This is a real game changer. It really changed the atmosphere. It was great to see so many faces in the same place all having fun.Definitely will be back!!
Glad to be there as they re-open the brunch buffet. They still took measures to ensure health and safety by having employees get the food for you. They have standard brunch good selections such as bacon, sausage, assorted cheese, egg benedit etc. Lunch food includes roast beef, chicken dippers...the chicken dipper is a little dry so I don't recommend that unless you really love chicken fingers. They do have cheese dipping for the chicken and Doritos that helps with the taste and texture. Love their croissants, roast beef, fresh fruit and salads. The desserts, except for the cookies, do not seem to be house made so are less enjoyable. They are definitely a good buffet spot in the NW of the city for its value and service.
This restaurant pretty much scammed me. I went for the first time and saw it was wings special night. I ordered two flavours and at the end of the meal asked for a box to take the rest home. I was told customers were not allowed to bring wings home when they were special. There is absolutely no mention of this on the menu or by my server. If the rule had been made known I only would have ordered one flavour of wings, to ensure I didn't over order. Obviously upon leaving the resturant my leftover wings would be going no where else but straight in the trash. Not only a scam, but also a waste of food. Horrible experience.
Had an amazing time this morning enjoying our Easter Brunch. Food was fantastic and the service was great. Highly recommend!
the place is a ? hole the tables are worn and I got a sliver in my finger and it snagged my clothes. we came for a quick bite with my newborn grandbaby and there are no change table in bathrooms. won't be back.
The wait for a table at Jameson’s would’ve been well worth it. No offence to the servers as they seemed like they were trying their best but yesterday I had the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. I understand if a kitchen is under staffed and food was slow. But just for drinks it was crazy. My friend decided to join us and knowing the service was slow I said I would order something for him. He showed up about 20 minutes later and I still didn’t see the waitress. 15 more minutes of waiting I had to get up, find her and tell her I needed to leave. This was after I managed to get two drinks in the previous hour. Table next to me ordered beers. When I left they still didn’t have them. Food was ok but not spectacular by any means. I don’t know if it is like that frequently but I won’t be back to find out!
Bigger on the inside ? Great food! Big portions! Loads of screens for events. Amazing vintage decor, stained glass.
This is a hidden gem with a fantastic menu and tons of space. Family friendly until 8 pm. I wish they offered some smaller portions for kids but other than that we enjoyed delicious food and appreciated a huge selection of beer. I'll definitely be back and bringing friends with me.
We have been going here for many years to meet with friends. The cost of the wings have gone way up and they are still rather small compared to other restaurants that sell wings. I have returned one underdone wing but it was not replaced. Not very good customer service though we always leave a 20%tip. We now will only go to meet with friends and have a beer.
