Got frustrated today July 10, 2022 between 8:30pm and 9pm, I ordered a 16 pcs. Family special for $32.99 and the drive thru attendant got it correctly and she even repeated it to confirm, I got my order and went to park in the parking lot to check if everything thing is right but instead of a 16 pcs chicken I got only 8 pcs of chicken and another bucket of tenders so went inside to let them know that they gave me the wrong order but instead of apologizing the manager ask for my receipt and told her I don't have the receipt because I ordered that in the drive thru and also asked if I still have the coupon and I told her that the drive thru attendant has it and she checked the coupon and confirmed that it's the 16 pcs family special, she proceeded to correct the order but I never heard her apologized for the wrong order. and audacity to ask for the receipt and the coupon, luckily the drive thru attendant still has it, what if the drive thru attendant discarded it, then that would be a long argument. The lady manager doesn't sets as example to her crew, bad customer service.
I posted earlier on KFC A3andahalf almost a 4.haven't tried Stettler KFC in some time. As l remember the chicken tasty. Waited far too long for the order. Lots of people waiting. Must have been under staffing. Would have been better ordering ahead.
Food was good I feel sorry for your workers I still have to wear a mask it’s not healthy for them at all
Horrible service, I’f u use a coupon they give u all dark small pieces , I asked them today to make sure they put white meat in the 15piece bucked , I got 1 piece of white meat . Service is very slow , communication with each is like a circus, they have no idea what there doing , if u want even worse service go to the 32ave ne location, they need their own reality show ,
They told me that my chicken will be done in 7 minutes and i had to wait 30 minutes.they should hire better people,i dont know how this place hasnt still shut down yet
We like it best KFC around we've tried many wouldn't think there would be a difference. But there is.
What an AWFUL experience! While the serving girl was very friendly the chicken looked and tasted like wild duck. It also was very sour. It tasted like it had freezer burn then cooked just for me. I demanded fresh chicken. When you spend 40 dollars you expect decent food. I waited 10 minutes for fresh chicken then they did not give me fries back and had the nerve to laugh about it. Ignorant. Do not eat here. It is disgusting. I'm tempted to take this "fresh" chicken to a lab and have it tested. I'm totally disgusted.Totally Disgusted
Worst location just go there coz it's close to my place. Lady on duty name is Kiran__ she was very rude and rather she double checked my order (which they gave me wrong ) she started arguing and suggested me to do complain if I want.Like seriously... if I could I would give 00 star coz of her behavior.
Just went to this location and tried to order spicy chicken and the manager on duty was extremely rude. She said she’s not doing and that we should order somewhere else. It’s not the first encounter with this manager. She’s always rude and disrespectful.
Had to wait for the corn to cook, the biscuits were forgotten to be put in the order plus they had no ketchup. The food was good
